Claims (4)
- 加工ギャップから汚れた液を追い出すためサーボモータを使用し工具電極をワークピースに対しZ軸に沿って往復させる形彫放電加工機ジャンプ制御装置において、
前記サーボモータ用の指令電流を発生する指令電流発生器と、
ジャンプストロークの軌跡を複数のセグメントへ分割し複数のセグメント毎に指令速度を発生する速度発生器と、
前記指令電流が前記サーボモータの定格電流より大きいとき前記指令速度を減少させるように前記指令電流に応じて速度オーバライドを発生する速度オーバライド演算器と、
ジャンプストローク中の速度オーバライドに応じて指令速度を修正する指令速度修正装置を含み、
前記指令電流発生器は、前記指令速度修正装置により修正された指令速度に基づいて前記指令電流を発生することを特徴とする形彫放電加工機ジャンプ制御装置。 - 前記速度オーバライド演算器は指令電流が第1の値以下であるとき100%の速度オーバライドを発生する請求項1に記載の形彫放電加工機ジャンプ制御装置。
- 前記第1の値は定格電流である請求項2に記載の形彫放電加工機ジャンプ制御装置。
- 前記速度オーバライド演算器は指令電流が前記第1の値より大きい第2の値より大きいとき最小の速度オーバライドを発生する請求項2に記載の形彫放電加工機ジャンプ制御装置。
