Claims (7)
- (a)フィードストックを摩擦効果を伴いながら運ぶ外周溝を有する回転車輪と、
(b)該回転車輪の外周の一部を取り囲み外周溝の上部を覆い、前記フィードストックを搬送する通路の一部を形成するシューと、
(c)該回転車輪の該外周溝の外側に設けられたフィードストックが流入する出口孔(45)と回転車輪の回転に伴って導入されたフィードストックの動きを前記出口孔(45)へ向けて誘導する橋脚歯(43)を有するダイブロック(15)と前記出口孔(45)から引き続く中央に開口部を設けた外部手段により加熱される磁化可能バケット部(17)からなる押出ダイ手段(15、17)を有する集合体として前記回転車輪の外周に沿って前記シューに取付けるダイヒーターブロックアセンブリ(11)と、
(d)該押出ダイ手段(15、17)の前記磁化可能バケット部(17)を電磁誘導加熱し、前記シューにより保持される加熱手段(21、19、25、33、35、37、41)
を備えた連続押出装置であって、
前記加熱手段(21、19、25、33、35、37、41)は、
(i)外部から電力の供給を得て前記磁化可能バケット部(17)を電磁誘導加熱する電磁誘導加熱コイルアセンブリ(21)と、
(ii)該電磁誘導加熱コイルアセンブリ(21)の近傍に位置する磁気漏れを制限するための磁気部材(25、33、35、37)と、
(iii)前記ダイヒーターブロックアセンブリ(11)の前記磁化可能バケット部(17)を滑りばめするためのポケット(41)を形成したダイヒーターボディ(19)
を有することを特徴とする連続押出装置。 - 磁気部材(25,33,35,37)は電磁誘導加熱コイルアセンブリ(21)の外側に位置し、電磁誘導加熱コイルアセンブリ(21)の表面への磁気漏れを制限するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連続押出装置。
- 摂氏800度を上回るキューリー点にて、低リラクタンスで、そして高飽和磁気部材からなり、間隔を開けて並べた複数のプレート(27)を含む磁気部材(25,33,35,37)が、前記回転車輪の半径方向の平面に向かって伸びていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の連続押出装置。
- 断熱部材(47)が磁気部材(25,33,35,37)と前記シュー手段の中間に位置することを特徴とする請求項2及び請求項3記載の連続押出装置。
- 絶縁体に覆われている螺旋状に巻かれた銅管を有し、該銅管の終端点に電気接続部と冷却流体の流出入接続部(23)の両方を備えた電磁誘導加熱コイルアセンブリ(21)を備えた事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続押出装置。
- 電磁誘導加熱コイルアセンブリ(21)は、12キロワットの電力を投入して50ヘルツの周波数の電流によってエネルギー化して押出ダイ手段をセ氏700度の温度に加熱することを特徴とする先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の連続押出装置。
- 非磁気材料のダイを含み、前記押出ダイ手段(15,17)の構成部材の1つであって、前記電磁誘導加熱コイルアセンブリ(21)によって電磁誘導で加熱される磁気材料の前記磁化可能バケット部(17)を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続押出装置。
