Description
本発明は特に、ガイドレール、ガイドレール上を長手方向に往復して動きうるガイドカー、及び転動体の無限列が回転する転動体循環ユニットを有するリニアガイド装置に関する。ここで、転動体循環ユニットは、転動体が一方でガイドレールのガイド経路と負荷を受けて係合し、他方でガイドカーの走行経路と係合した負荷受け部を有する。また、ガイドカーの走行経路は走行経路要素上に形成されている。この走行経路要素はガイドカーと結合されており、また少なくとも転動体の入り口側の端部で、ガイドカーに支持されないフリー支持を有する。

Claims (7)
- ガイドレール(12)、該ガイドレール(12)上を長手方向(A)に往復して動きうるガイドカー(14)、及び転動体(18)の無限列が回転する転動体循環ユニット(16)を有するリニアガイド装置(10)にして、
上記転動体循環ユニット(16)は、上記転動体(18)が上記ガイドレール(12)のガイド経路(12a)及び上記ガイドカー(14)の走行経路(22a)に負荷を受けて係合する負荷受け部(20)を有し、
上記ガイドカー(14)の上記走行経路(22a)は、上記ガイドカー(14)と結合した走行経路要素(22)に形成され、該走行経路要素(22)は少なくとも転動体の進入側の端部で上記ガイドカーに支持されないフリー支持(24)を有し、
上記走行経路要素(22)の上記フリー支持(24)は、上記走行経路要素(22)の本体に隣接する第一部分(24a)を有し、該第一部分(24a)において上記フリー支持(24)は上記転動体(18)の進入によって弾性変形し、
上記走行経路要素(22)の上記フリー支持(24)の上記第一部分(24a)の長さ(l)は、走行している転動体(18c)が上記転動体循環ユニット(16)の上記負荷受け部(20)にちょうど入り込んだときに、上記フリー支持(24)の主変形に寄与する転動体(18b)が、上記転動体循環ユニット(16)の上記負荷受け部(20)から有する距離によって決定され、
上記フリー支持(24)は、上記フリー支持(24)の自由端に隣接する第二部分(24b)をさらに有し、該第二部分(24b)は、上記第一部分(24a)の弾性変形によって、次の転動体(18a)のための進入傾斜として働くことを特徴とするリニアガイド装置。 - 請求項1に記載のリニアガイド装置において、上記フリー支持(24)が、上記転動体(18)の直径(D)の1〜3.5倍になる長さ(L)を有することを特徴とするリニアガイド装置。
- 請求項1に記載のリニアガイド装置において、上記走行経路要素(22)の上記フリー支持(24)が、実質的に上記転動体(18)の直径(D)の1.6〜1.9倍になる長さ(L)を有することを特徴とするリニアガイド装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のリニアガイド装置において、弾性変形可能な上記第一部分(24a)の長さ(l)が、転動体(18)の直径(D)の1〜1.5倍になることを特徴とするリニアガイド装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のリニアガイド装置において、上記走行経路要素(22)の上記フリー支持(24)が、上記ガイドカー(14)に設けられた窪み(14a)によって形成されることを特徴とするリニアガイド装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のリニアガイド装置において、上記走行経路要素(22)の上記フリー支持(24)が、上記走行経路要素(22)に形成された窪みによって形成されることを特徴とするリニアガイド装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のリニアガイド装置において、位置検知装置(30)を、好ましくは、上記ガイドレール(12)又は上記ガイドカー(14)の一方に位置する測定スケール(32)と、上記ガイドレール(12)又は上記ガイドカー(14)の他方に位置するセンサー(34)とを備えた誘導位置検知装置を有することを特徴とするリニアガイド装置。
