Description
Claims (3)
- 複数の完成した歯車の歯を有する歯車を鍛造する工程と、
複数の完成したピニオンの歯を有するピニオンを鍛造する工程と、
完成した歯車の歯と完成したピニオンの歯とを噛み合わせる工程であって、完成した歯車の歯と完成したピニオンの歯との間が実質的に点接触となり、かつ放物線関数の伝達誤差を伴う工程と、
仮想のクラウン歯車を用いて、歯車とピニオンの回転角に関する一次関数と二次関数の代数和を用いて伝達誤差を計算する工程と、を含む歯車システムの作製方法。 - 伝達誤差が、以下の式:
et=−k(sinγ1)2(φ1)2
但し、etは伝達誤差、
kは放物線係数、
γ1はピニオンのピッチ円錐角、
φ1はピニオンの回転角、
に従って計算される請求項1に記載の作製方法。 - 傘歯車と傘ピニオンを形成する工程であって、
傘歯車は複数の歯車の歯を含み、傘ピニオンは複数のピニオンの歯を含み、傘歯車と傘ピニオンは、互いに噛み合わされた場合に、伝達誤差が以下の式:
et=−k(sinγ1)2(φ1)2
但し、etは伝達誤差、
kは放物線係数、
γ1はピニオンのピッチ円錐角、
φ1はピニオンの回転角、
に従って計算され、歯車の歯とピニオンの歯の少なくとも1つが鍛造作業により形成される工程を含む歯車システムの作製方法。
