Abstract
"GEOMETRIA AVANçADA DE ENGRENAGENS CÈNICAS OBLìQUAS E RETAS PRODUZIDAS POR FORJAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma geometria avançada para engrenagens cónicas oblíquas e retas que tem um contato de apoio localizado e mais estável, produzidas por forjarmento. A localização de contato de apoio é conseguida por meio da substituição de superfícies de dente planas por superfícies de dente parabólicas. Isto é realizado ou modificando o contato linear diretamente ou utilizando um cilindro parabólico gerador durante a geração das superfícies de dente. A área de contato real é espalhada sobre uma elipse centralizada ao redor de um ponto teórico de contato instantâneo no vértice da superfície de dente parabólica. Este contato de apoio localizado reduz o deslocamento do apoio devido a erros de montagem e fabricação, fornecendo com isto uma engrenagem mais durável e silenciosa. Além disto, a geometria da engrenagem possibilita a criação de matrizes a partir das quais a engrenagem pode ser forjada. Erros de transmissão são modelados utilizando uma função parabólica pré-projetada que coincide com o projeto da superfície parabólica do dente da presente invenção.
