Claims (5)
- X線の入射側に入力窓が形成されるとともに入力窓に対して反対側に出力窓が形成された真空外囲器と、この真空外囲器内で入力窓側に設けられ入射するX線に対応する電子ビームを放出する入力面と、前記真空外囲器内で出力窓側に設けられ前記電子ビームを可視光像に変換する出力面と、前記入力面と出力面との間で前記電子ビームの進路上に電子レンズを構成する複数の電極とを具備し、前記真空外囲器内の電位傾度を有する部位に酸化クロム膜が形成されたX線イメージ管であって、
前記酸化クロム膜の組成比率が、クロム25〜40原子%、珪素1〜8原子%、アルカリ金属0.7〜5原子%、残部が実質的に酸素で構成され、
この組成比率の酸化クロム膜が、少なくとも0.5kV/mm以上の電界強度になる部位に形成されている
ことを特徴とするX線イメージ管。 - 電極としてアノード電極およびこのアノード電極に対向するグリッド電極を有し、このアノード電極に対向するグリッド電極に酸化クロム膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線イメージ管。
- アルカリ金属が、カリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のX線イメージ管。
- 酸化クロム膜中の酸化クロム粒子の平均粒径が、0.5〜1.5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか記載のX線イメージ管。
- 酸化クロム膜の膜厚が、5〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか記載のX線イメージ管。
