Claims (6)
- 入射線の入射側に入力窓が形成されるとともに入力窓に対して反対側に出力窓が形成された真空外囲器と、
この真空外囲器内で入力窓側に設けられ入射線に対応する電子ビームを放出する入力面と、
前記真空外囲器内で出力窓側に設けられ前記電子ビームを可視光像に変換する出力面と、
前記入力面と出力面との間で前記電子ビームの進路上に電子レンズを構成する複数の電極と、
これら複数の電極間を絶縁する絶縁体と、
前記複数の電極間およびこれら複数の電極間の絶縁体を連続して接続するように形成され、少なくとも電極と絶縁体との界面に発生する間欠放電現象を防止する酸化クロム膜と
を具備していることを特徴とするイメージインテンシファイア。 - 複数の電極が少なくともアノード電極とこのアノード電極に近接するグリッド電極であり、絶縁体がガラスおよびセラミックスのいずれかである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のイメージインテンシファイア。 - 酸化クロム膜の組成比率が、クロム25〜40原子%、珪素1〜8原子%、アルカリ金属0.7〜5原子%、残部が実質的に酸素で構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のイメージインテンシファイア。 - アルカリ金属が、カリウムである
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載のイメージインテンシファイア。 - 酸化クロム膜中の酸化クロム粒子の平均粒径が、0.5〜1.5μmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか記載のイメージインテンシファイア。 - 酸化クロム膜の膜厚が、5〜100μmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか記載のイメージインテンシファイア。
