Claims (3)
- 圧電セラミック板の表裏面および端面に入出力電極を具えた圧電トランスにおいて、
入出力電極の電極膜の少なくとも一つの表面に、
リード線を接続する導電性接着剤の点接続部の接着面積よりも大きい面積を有する導電性接着剤からなる補助接続部を具えたことを特徴とする圧電トランス。 - 中央部分が入出力電極の電極膜を露出させた形状に補助接続部が形成された請求項1記載の圧電トランス。
- 補助接続部に入出力電極の導電膜が露出するスリットが形成された請求項1記載の圧電トランス。
