Claims (2)
- 患者の肝線維症の存在および/または重症度を検出する方法であって:
a) 該患者からのサンプル中のTIMP-1(メタロプロテイナーゼIの組織阻害剤)を測定する
b) 前記サンプル中のフェリチンを測定する
c) 前記サンプル中のA2M(α‐2‐マクログロブリン)およびPI(プロトロンビン指数)から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の付加的なパラメーターを測定する
d) 場合により、前記サンプル中の少なくとも1つの付加的な生化学的もしくは臨床的パラメーターを測定する
e) TIMP-1、フェリチンならびに段階c)および段階d)に従い測定したパラメーターの存在または測定レベルに基づいて肝疾患の存在および/または重症度を判定する;
ことを含む、前記方法。 - 肝線維症の治療処置をモニタリングするために使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
