Claims (13)
- 周方向に2つの列(9,10)をなして設けられる転動体(11)を有する自動調心転がり軸受(1,5,22)であって、第1列(9)及び第2列(10)の各々が、自動調心転がり軸受(1,5,22)の中心軸線の周りに設けられる玉(5)及び球面ころ(6)を持ち、前記玉(5)の直径の公差内で最小の玉外径(以下最小外径という)(28)が、前記球面ころ(6)の軸線方向中心位置における前記球面ころの直径即ち定格直径とは公差内で異なる最大直径(以下最大外径という)(8)より大きく、自動調心転がり軸受(1,5,22)が、更に前記第1列(9)及び第2列(10)毎に前記中心軸線に対して同心的で前記玉(5)の中心を通って延びる前記玉(5)のそれぞれ1つの仮想第1転動接触点(23)と前記第1列(9)及び第2列(10)毎に前記中心軸線に対して同心的で前記球面ころ(6)と前記最大外径(8)の所で交差する前記球面ころ(6)のそれぞれ1つの仮想第2転動接触点(24)を持ち、前記第1列(9)及び第2列(10)の各々において、前記第1転動接触点(23)が前記中心軸線に沿って前記第2転動接触点(24)から離れている、自動調心転がり軸受。
- 前記第1列(9)と前記第2列(10)の前記第1の転動接触点(23)の軸線方向相互間隔が、前記第1列(9)と前記第2列(10)の前記第2の転動接触点(24)の軸線方向相互間隔より小さく、それにより前記第1転動接触点(23)が、軸線方向において前記第2転動接触点(24)の間に設けられている、請求項1に記載の自動調心転がり軸受(1,5,22)。
- 第1軸受荷重において、前記玉(5)の前記最小外径(28)の所で前記玉(5)を包囲する列毎の第1転動円(23a)が、前記球面ころ(6)の前記最大外径(8)の所で前記球面ころ(6)を包囲する列毎の第2転動円(24a)より大きく、第2軸受荷重において、前記第1転動円(23a)と前記第2転動円(24a)が同じ大きさであり、少なくとも前記玉(5)が弾性的に少なくとも半径方向に収縮せしめられ、その際前記第2軸受荷重が前記第1軸受荷重より大きい、請求項1に記載の自動調心転がり軸受(1,15,22)。
- 前記列(9,10)毎に周方向に前記中心軸線の周りに、前記玉(5)のそれぞれ1つが前記球面ころ(6)の1つに隣接している、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の自動調心転がり軸受(1,15,22)。
- 前記列(9,10)の各々において、前記玉(5)が前記最小外径(28)を持ち、前記球面ころ(6)が前記球面ころ(6)の前記最大外径(8)を持ち、前記列(9,10)の各々において、周辺で順次に続きかつ周辺で前記球面ころ(6)の少なくとも1つにより互いに分離される2つの前記玉(5)間の円弧寸法におけるそれぞれの最大間隔(33)は、自動調心転がり軸受(1,15,22)の内側軌道面(13)と自動調心転がり軸受(1,15,22)の外側軌道面(14)との間の最高の第1軸受荷重から成る荷重区域(35)の頂点(35)に、前記球面ころ(6)の前記最大外径(8)より大きい半径方向間隔(34)が残るほど、少なくとも小さく、前記転動体(11)が半径方向に両方の前記軌道面(13,14)の間に設けられている、請求項3に記載の自動調心転がり軸受(1,15,22)。
- 保持器(4,16)を有し、前記第1列(9)及び前記第2列(10)が前記保持器(4,16)内に一緒に案内されている、請求項1又は3又は5に記載の自動調心転がり軸受(1,15,22)。
- 保持器(16)を有し、前記第1列(9)及び前記前記第2列(10)が前記保持器(16)内に一緒に案内され、前記第1列(9)の前記玉(5)に前記第2列(10)の前記球面ころ(6)がそれぞれ隣接している、請求項1又は3又は5に記載の自動調心転がり軸受(15,22)。
- 保持器(4)を有し、前記第1列(9)及び前記第2列(10)が前記保持器(4)内に一緒に案内され、前記第1列(9)の前記玉(5)に、前記第2列(10)において前記球面ころ(6)と前記玉(5)との間の周辺間隙(12)がそれぞれ隣接している、請求項1又は3又は5に記載の自動調心転がり軸受(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の自動調心転がり軸受(1,15,22)の前記列(9,10)の少なくとも一方のための保持器(4,16)であって、前記保持器がそれぞれ1つの側方開口(21)を有する玉ポケット(19)を持ち、前記開口(21)の各々が、前記列(9,10)の他方から遠い方にある前記保持器(4,16)の側に形成され、接線方向に空いている開口寸法(25)が前記玉(5)の前記最小外径(28)より小さい、保持器。
- 前記玉ポケット(19)の各々の半径方向外方へ向く縁(19c)にそれぞれ1つの棚(26)を有し、少なくとも周方向において接線方向に互いに対向しかつ互いに最も大きく離れた前記棚(26)の部分の間の空いている最大間隔が、前記玉ポケット(19)内の前記玉(5)の最小外径(28)と前記棚(26)より半径方向に下で前記玉ポケット(19)とそれぞれ前記玉(5)との間の前記玉ポケット(19)の方向に空いているできるだけ大きい自由運動遊隙(30)との和より小さい、請求項9に記載の保持器。
- 前記玉ポケット(19)の各々の前記縁(19c)が、前記開口(21)の所まで延びる前記棚(26)により形成されている、請求項10に記載の保持器(4,16)。
- 前記棚(26)が、前記玉ポケット(19)内の前記玉(5)に面しかつ前記玉(5)を前記開口(21)の所まで部分的に包囲する円筒の内側面部分(26a)を持ち、この面部分(26a)が半径(27)により描かれている、請求項11に記載の保持器(4,16)。
- 前記保持器の前記面部分(26a)が2つの立体稜(39,40)により区画され、これらの立体稜が前記玉ポケット(19)内の前記玉(5)に面し、かつ前記玉(5)を部分的に前記開口(21)の所まで包囲し、前記立体稜(39,40)が、前記開口(21)の所で、前記半径(27)に対し直角に見て、互いに最も大きく離れており、前記半径(27)に対し直角に見て、前記開口(21)からの間隔の増大と共に互いに近づく、請求項12に記載の保持器。
