Claims (13)
- 電子回路を収めたケースと前記ケースにインサートモールドされたターミナルを有するコネクタとを有する車載電子機器において、
前記コネクタ内部に、前記ケース内部と前記コネクタ内部とを連通する換気孔と、水蒸気以外の腐食性ガスに対して水蒸気よりも高いトラップ性能を有するトラップ剤を保持させた保持体とを設け、
前記保持体は、前記換気孔の前記コネクタ内部の空気が流入される側の流入口近傍に設けられたことを特徴とする車載電子機器。 - 請求項1に記載の車載電子機器において、
前記トラップ剤は、腐食性ガスを吸着,吸引,吸収,化学反応のいずれかによってトラップするトラップ剤であって、前記トラップ剤はコネクタの内周に沿うO−リング状あるいは断面が多角形状となる角リングによって構成される保持体に保持させたことを特徴とする車載電子機器。 - 請求項1に記載の車載電子機器において、前記トラップ剤は、車載電子機器のコネクタ底部に設けた溝部に埋設した保持体に保持させたことを特徴とする車載電子機器。
- 請求項1に記載の車載電子機器において、前記コネクタの底部に前記トラップ剤を配合したペーストをポッティングする構造としたことを特徴とする車載電子機器。
- 請求項1に記載の車載電子機器において、前記トラップ剤を前記コネクタの内部に塗布する、接着する、又は粘着させる手段により前記コネクタ内に保持したことを特徴とする車載電子機器。
- 請求項1に記載の車載電子機器において、前記トラップ剤として、活性炭,銀,銅,鉄,コバルト,ニッケル,錫,亜鉛、あるいは前述の金属を含む合金、または炭酸カルシウム等の塩基性物質のいずれかを用いたことを特徴とする車載電子機器。
- 請求項1に記載の車載電子機器において、ランダム共重合体,交互共重合体,ブロック共重合体,グラフト共重合体のうちいずれかの分子構造を有するゴム、又はシリコーン系ゴム,フッ素系ゴム,ポリウレタン系ゴム,NBR,H−NBR,EPDMゴムのうちいずれかのゴムを、前記トラップ剤の保持体として用いたことを特徴とする車載電子機器。
- 請求項1に記載の車載電子機器において、前記トラップ剤を保持させる保持体として、コルク又は紙を主とした成形物,セルロース系部材,繊維又は高分子材料を主とした成形物、或いは繊維を用いたことを特徴とする車載電子機器。
- 電子回路を収めたケースと前記ケースにインサートモールドされたターミナルを有するコネクタとを有する車載電子機器に対して電気的に接続され、前記コネクタに嵌め合わされて使用される相手側コネクタを有する車載電子機器において、
前記コネクタ内部に、前記ケース内部と前記コネクタ内部とを連通する換気孔を設け、
前記相手側コネクタの内部に、水蒸気以外の腐食性ガスに対して水蒸気よりも高いトラップ性能を有するトラップ剤を保持させたことを特徴とする車載電子機器。 - 請求項9に記載の車載電子機器において、前記トラップ剤は、活性炭,金属の粉末,炭酸カルシウム等の塩基性物質のいずれかであることを特徴とする車載電子機器。
- 請求項9に記載の車載電子機器において、前記トラップ剤を保持させるべき前記相手側コネクタを形成するカプラは、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT),ナイロン,ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET),ポリカーボネート(PC),ポリプロピレン(PP),ポリフェニリンスルフィド(PPS),ポリイミドのいずれかであることを特徴とする車載電子機器。
- 請求項9に記載の車載電子機器において、防水ゴム及びグロメットゴムを、ランダム共重合体,交互共重合体,ブロック共重合体,グラフト共重合体のうちいずれかの分子構造を有するゴム又はシリコーン系ゴム,フッ素系ゴム,ポリウレタン系ゴム,NBR,H−NBR,EPDMゴムのうちいずれかのゴムで構成し、防水ゴム又はグロメットゴムのうち少なくともいずれか一方に前記トラップ剤を保持させたことを特徴とする車載電子機器。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の車載電子機器は、内燃機器の吸気管を流れる気体の量を計測する熱式流量計であることを特徴とする車載電子機器。
