技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机缸内线本体,尤其涉及一种六端子的发动机缸内线本体。
背景技术
发动机内为了安全及使用方便等考虑,会在发动机内设置传感器等辅助器件,这样就需要比较多的接线接口,而发动机上也需要设置接口的本体,传统的缸内线本体为4端子接口,随着发动机内功能的增加,如果继续使用这样4端子接口,就需要在发动机上设置更多的缸内线本体,这样外形上十分不美观,且操作起来比较乱且繁琐,并且本体太多会对发动机造成影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种六端子的发动机缸内线本体。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种发动机缸内线本体,其特征在于:
所述发动机缸内线本体包含上端接口部位、中间固定支架、下端的发动机缸内连接部位和六个接口端子;
所述上端接口部位为空心的圆柱体,外侧上端开有用于和匹配接口卡接的螺旋槽,且上端接口部位内设置有封压环,封压环上侧设置有锁紧盖;
所述中间固定支架为扁平的梯形支架,并且开有用于固定的螺孔;
所述发动机缸内连接部位为圆柱体,所述六个接口端子穿过发动机缸内连接部位并且沿上端接口部位的圆周方向等间距分布。
进一步地,所述封压环和锁紧盖上开有用于安装定位的定位槽,上端接口部位内侧设置有与定位槽匹配的筋状突起。
进一步地,所述发动机缸内连接部位外侧设置有封油环。
进一步地,所述上端接口部位、中间固定支架和下端的发动机缸内连接部位整体一次成型。
进一步地,所述六个接口端子采用耐高温的金属端子并配合耐高温导线匹配使用,减小了接口端子的直径大小。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的发动机缸内线本体结构简单且通过简单的机构将六个接口端子设置在一起,实现了六端子的发动机缸内线本体,并且经过一定的优化处理,通过选用耐高温端子及导线配合,减小端子直径大小,从而减小了发动机缸内线本体的大小,降低了发动机缸内线本体对发动机的影响。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的发动机缸内线本体包含上端接口部位1、中间固定支架2、下端的发动机缸内连接部位3和六个接口端子4。并且上端接口部位1、中间固定支架2和下端的发动机缸内连接部位3通过磨具整体一次成型,这样既提高了生产效率,略去的装配的过程,同时一次成型部件的强度更大,保证了发动机缸内线本体的牢固性。
上端接口部位1为空心的圆柱体,外侧上端开有用于和匹配接口卡接的螺旋槽,且上端接口部位1内设置有封压环5,封压环5上侧设置有锁紧盖6。这样通过封压环5保证了整个发动机缸内线本体的上端接口部位1和下端的发动机缸内连接部位3之间的密封性,防止发动机上的油从下端的发动机缸内连接部位3向上端接口部位1渗漏,并且通过锁紧盖6锁紧固定,这样既固定了封压环5同时也对六个接口端子形成支撑。同时封压环5和锁紧盖6上开有用于安装定位的定位槽,上端接口部位1内侧设置有与定位槽匹配的筋状突起。通过这样的设计,保证封压环5和锁紧盖6在安装的时候能够对准到位,保证封压环5和锁紧盖6内的开孔能够与六个接口端子4的位置完全对准,避免产生位移而使封压环5形变而导致密封性能减弱。
中间固定支架2为扁平的梯形支架,并且开有用于固定的螺孔,通过螺孔将整个发动机缸内线本体固定在发动机上。发动机缸内连接部位3为圆柱体,六个接口端子4穿过发动机缸内连接部位3并且沿上端接口部位1的圆周方向等间距分布。并且六个接口端子4采用耐高温的金属端子并配合耐高温导线匹配使用,这样减小了接口端子4的直径大小,从而可以在较小的空间内分布,减小了整个发动机缸内线本体的体积大小,节约了成本且减小了发动机缸内线本体对发动机的影响。同时在发动机缸内连接部位3外侧设置有封油环,这样可以保证在发动机缸内连接部位3与发动机的连接位置不会又油渗漏出来。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的发动机缸内线本体通过简单的结构实现了六接口端子的发动机缸内线本体,这样结构简单,且通过六端子的设计,减少了需要的发动机缸内线本体的数量,减小了对发动的影响,并且本体数量较少,也避免了影响发动机的美观,也避免了操作的繁琐性。同时采用耐高温端子和导线配合,减小了端子直径大小,从而减小了整个发动机缸内线本体的体积,节约了材料成本,同时也减小了发动机缸内线本体对发动机的影响。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种发动机缸内线本体,其特征在于:
    所述发动机缸内线本体包含上端接口部位(1)、中间固定支架(2)、下端的发动机缸内连接部位(3)和六个接口端子(4);
    所述上端接口部位(1)为空心的圆柱体,外侧上端开有用于和匹配接口卡接的螺旋槽,且上端接口部位(1)内设置有封压环(5),封压环(5)上侧设置有锁紧盖(6);
    所述中间固定支架(2)为扁平的梯形支架,并且开有用于固定的螺孔;
    所述发动机缸内连接部位(3)为圆柱体,所述六个接口端子(4)穿过发动机缸内连接部位(3)并且沿上端接口部位(1)的圆周方向等间距分布。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的发动机缸内线本体,其特征在于:所述封压环(5)和锁紧盖(6)上开有用于安装定位的定位槽,上端接口部位(1)内侧设置有与定位槽匹配的筋状突起。
  3. 按照权利要求1所述的发动机缸内线本体,其特征在于:所述发动机缸内连接部位(3)外侧设置有封油环。
  4. 按照权利要求1所述的发动机缸内线本体,其特征在于:所述上端接口部位(1)、中间固定支架(2)和下端的发动机缸内连接部位(3)整体一次成型。
  5. 按照权利要求1所述的发动机缸内线本体,其特征在于:所述六个接口端子(4)采用耐高温的金属端子并配合耐高温导线匹配使用,减小了接口端子(4)的直径大小。
