Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの甘味料、少なくとも1つのゲル化剤及び/又は増粘剤、少なくとも1つの酸味料、少なくとも1つの着色料、少なくとも1つの香料、並びに、表面処理剤として少なくとも1つの剥離剤及び艶出剤又は糖衣剤を含むフルーツグンミ組成物であって、式:
C7H15NO3
で表されるL−カルニチン、及び、
式:
C18H36N2O12
で表され、そして、分子量472.49uを有する結晶性L−カルニチンタートレート
を更に含むことを特徴とする、フルーツグンミ組成物。 - 純度99%及び残余成分最大1%の純粋な結晶形で、L−カルニチンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記フルーツグンミ組成物。
- 式:
C7H15NO3
で表される純粋な結晶形のL−カルニチンが、分子量161.20uを有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の前記フルーツグンミ組成物。 - L−カルニチン含有物質混合物少なくとも1つが、式:
C13H12NO10及び/又はC9H18ClNO4
で表されるものとして存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記フルーツグンミ組成物。 - 甘味料が、グルコースシロップ、砂糖、特に、スクロース、フルクトース、ソルビトール及び砂糖の代替品、特に、イソマルトからなる群から選択されるか、又はそれらの組合せであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の前記フルーツグンミ組成物。
- ゲル化剤及び/又は増粘剤が、ゼラチン及び/又はペクチン及び/又はでんぷん及び/又は加工でんぷん及び/又は寒天及び/又はアラビアゴムからなる群から選択されるか、あるいはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の前記フルーツグンミ組成物。
- 酸味料が、クエン酸及び/又は乳酸及び/又はリンゴ酸、あるいは、それらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の前記フルーツグンミ組成物。
- 着色剤が、少なくとも1つの着色果物又は植物抽出物及び/又は少なくとも1つの人工着色剤及び/又は少なくとも1つの天然と同一の着色料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の前記フルーツグンミ組成物。
- 剥離剤及び艶出剤が、蜜ろう及び/又はカルナバワックス並びに含油剤であり、そして、糖衣剤が、場合によりフルーツ酸及び/又はカルシラクトールを有する糖であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の前記フルーツグンミ組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの甘味料、少なくとも1つのゲル化剤及び/又は増粘剤、少なくとも1つの酸味料、少なくとも1つの着色料、少なくとも1つの香料、並びに、表面処理剤として少なくとも1つの剥離剤及び艶出剤又は糖衣剤を含むフルーツグンミ組成物を製造する方法であって、
式:
C7H15NO3
で表されるL−カルニチン、及び、
式:
C18H36N2O12
で表され、そして、分子量472.49uを有する結晶性L−カルニチンタートレート
を前記フルーツグンミ組成物に加えることを特徴とする、前記フルーツグンミ組成物の製造方法。 - 分子量161.20uを有し、そして純度99%及び残余成分最大1%を有し、

C7H15NO3
で表される純粋な結晶形でL−カルニチンを加えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の前記方法。 - 食品サプリメントの製造用である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフルーツグンミの使用。
