Claims (7)
- 運動力学的にクランクシャフトと接続されているピストンが設けられている作動シリンダ、
その中に設置されている燃焼室及び点火プラグが設けられている過早点火室が設けられている作動シリンダのヘッド、
運動力学的に作動ピストンと接続されている圧縮機型ピストンを有する圧縮機型シリンダ、座を有する遮断弁のみならず、そこに設置されている燃料供給用装置を有する燃料供給通路、及び空気供給通路が設けられている混合気の圧縮機型噴射器、
作動シリンダ及び圧縮機型シリンダを閉じ、冷却液体で満たされている空洞を画定する蓋体、
を備え、
燃焼室及び過早点火室は、第1の逆止め弁及び混合気供給通路を介して混合気の圧縮機型噴射器と接続され、
混合気供給通路は、蓋体の空洞内に配置され、仕切りによりその軸に沿って区切られているチューブとして、または互いに平行に装着されている2つのチューブとして形成され、
電力供給ユニットに接続されているヒータが混合気供給通路を取り囲んで設置され、冷却液体の温度感知要素が混合気供給通路の設置区域に装着され、かつ電力供給ユニットに接続され、
混合気の圧縮機型噴射器の燃料供給通路及び空気供給通路は、圧縮機型シリンダの上部であって圧縮機型ピストンの上死点より上に配置され、
第2の逆止め弁が、圧縮機型シリンダの上部で開口している空気供給通路の出口に取り付けられていることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 燃焼室は、円筒形状を有し、燃焼室及び過早点火室に入る通路部分の作動シリンダの縦断面への軸投影は、作動シリンダの軸に対して垂直であり、少なくとも燃焼室に入る通路部分は、燃焼室に対して接線方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 過早点火室への混合気供給通路には、燃料供給装置またはエンジンのクランクシャフトの回転速度変換器と接続されている駆動装置を有する、過早点火室に供給される混合気の量を調整する調整機構が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載される内燃機関。
- 動作モード変換器、遮断弁圧力駆動装置、及びプロセッサが設けられ、さらに、動作モード変換器は、燃料供給装置及び遮断弁圧力駆動装置と接続されているプロセッサと接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載される内燃機関。
- エンジン出力は、過早点火室及び燃焼室へ噴射される混合気の燃料量を変更することにより調整され、混合気の燃料量を変更するために、燃料供給装置を通過する燃料供給パルス幅が変更され、
エンジン動作モードが変更されると、作動シリンダの過早点火室及び燃焼室への混合気の噴射速度が圧縮機型シリンダの圧力を増減させることで調整され、圧縮機型シリンダの圧力を増減させるために、座の上にある遮断弁の圧力を変更することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の動作方法。 - 過早点火室において、点火プラグの電極区域で混合気の空燃比が8:1〜20:1となるように、燃料供給パルス幅が増大すると、圧縮機型シリンダの圧力を増大させ、燃料供給パルス幅が減少すると、圧縮機型シリンダの圧力を減少させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 作動シリンダの過早点火室及び燃焼室への混合気の噴射は、作動シリンダの入口通路及び出口通路を塞いだ後であって、ピストンが上死点に向かって移動し、点火プラグの電極の火花放電より前5°より遅くならないときに実行されることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
