Claims (18)
- 溶融バッチ材料を一緒にまたは交互に製造するのにともに寄与し得る、バッチ材料を溶融させることに由来する溶融ガラスの最終流からガラス繊維を調製するための、少なくとも2つの別々の溶融モジュールを組み合わせた装置であって、
−主に天井バーナーおよび/またはサブマージド電極の形態の加熱手段を備え、バッチ材料を供給され得る溶融モジュールA(1)、
−主にサブマージドバーナーの形態の加熱手段を備え、バッチ材料を供給され得、泡状ガラスを生成する溶融モジュールB(2)
を含み、
前記モジュールA(1)と前記モジュールB(2)の両方が、直接または移送ダクト(4,5)を介して、少なくとも1つの攪拌および/または加熱手段を備える混合用モジュールC(3)に開放しており、前記混合モジュールは、前記モジュールA(1)からの溶融ガラスと、前記モジュールB(2)からの泡状ガラスを混合するものであり、かつ繊維形成部材に供給するダクト中に直接開放している装置。 - 前記溶融モジュールB(2)が、体積および/または床面積に関し、前記モジュールA(1)より少なくとも1.5倍小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記溶融モジュールB(2)が、体積および/または床面積に関し、前記モジュールA(1)より少なくとも1.5倍大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記溶融モジュールB(2)が、排熱のための前記溶融モジュールAにむけて可能な処理後煙道ガスを方向付けする、煙道ガスを換熱するための手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記移送ダクト(4,5)が熱状態調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記混合用モジュールC(3)の攪拌および/または加熱手段が、バブラー、機械的攪拌装置、サブマージド電極、サブマージドバーナーから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記混合用モジュールC(3)の攪拌および/または加熱手段が、バブラーおよびサブマージドバーナーから選択されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記モジュールA(1)、B(2)の少なくとも一方と前記モジュールC(3)との間に移送ダクトが存在し、前記ダクトがスロートおよびまたはせきシステムを入口および出口で備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- モジュールA(1)がバッチ原材料を供給され、やはりバッチ原材料を供給されるモジュールB(2)に直接またはダクトを介して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- モジュールAが主にサブマージド電極の形態の加熱手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- モジュールA(1)およびB(2)が一緒にまたは交互に稼動して請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項記載の装置によりバッチ材料の溶融に由来する溶融ガラスの最終流を調製するための方法。
- 前記溶融モジュールA(1)およびB(2)が量および/または化学組成の点で異なるバッチ材料を供給されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記溶融モジュールB(2)が、汚染されているかもしれないカレット、および/またはポリマー/ガラス複合材料および/または金属/ガラス複合材料および可能的には燃料油、石炭のような液体および/または固体形態の炭化水素含有燃料、有機ポリマー、動物のえさ、インシュレーション用ミネラルウール工業または強化用ガラスヤーン由来の残滓、汚染された砂、鋳物砂を供給されることを特徴とする請求項11または12記載の方法。
- 前記溶融モジュールA(1)が、以下の材料の少なくとも1つ、砂タイプのシリカ担持原材料、石灰石またはドロマイトのようなアルカリ土類金属酸化物原材料、ボラックスのような酸化ホウ素担持原材料、炭酸ナトリウムのような酸化ナトリウム原材料、長石のようなアルミナ原材料、およびカレットを供給されることを特徴とする請求項11ないし13のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 特に溶融装置の所望の全産出量にしたがって、および/または利用可能な材料のリサイクルにより、前記溶融モジュールA(1)およびB(2)のそれぞれの溶融バッチ材料の製造がともに調節されることを特徴とする請求項11ないし14のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- モジュールBがカレットを供給されることを特徴とする請求項11ないし15のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- モジュールAが、主に、サブマージド電極の形態の加熱手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項11ないし16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記繊維形成部材が、内部紡糸、外部紡糸、または空気式および/または機械的延伸により稼動することを特徴とする請求項11ないし17のいずれか1項記載の方法。
