Description
Claims (14)
- Mg及びB並びにLiを含有する、成形可能なLiMgB合金である母合金を製造し、前記母合金から前記Liを少なくとも部分的に除去することを特徴とする、超伝導材料のMgB2の製造方法。
- LiMgB合金を溶融した形で180〜600℃で製造することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- LiMgB合金を各成分の粉砕により製造することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記母合金は450℃を越えると硬さが増大する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- Liを熱処理によって除去することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- Liを真空中で除去することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- Liを脱インターカレーションによる電気分解によって除去することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- Liをソルボリシスによって溶出させることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記母合金が次の組成:
Li 10〜97%(原子パーセント)、
Mg 1〜30%(原子パーセント)、
B 2〜60%(原子パーセント)
を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - ドープされている母合金を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記母合金をBe及び/又はAlでドープすることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記母合金を成形することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記母合金を鋳造、プレス成形又は鍛造することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記母合金をワイヤに成形することを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
