Description
本実施形態に係る動力伝達装置は、四輪バギーやATV(All Terrain Vehicle)などの車両に搭載されるとともに、2輪駆動と4輪駆動との切り換え、及び差動手段の差動のロック又はロックの解除を行わせ得るものであり、図1に示すように、車両1の前方であって前輪2a、2bの間に配設されたものである。
まず、車両を2輪駆動から4輪駆動に切り換えるには、モータMを駆動させて作動軸11(小径部11a及び大径部11b)を軸L3周りに回転させる。これにより、第1フォークF1が作動軸11に案内されつつ小径部11aの周面を摺動することにより作動し、スリーブA1を従動部材14のスプラインに嵌合させる。

Claims (4)
- 車両の駆動源と連結されて軸周りに回転駆動する入力軸と、
該入力軸の回転力が伝達されると、当該車両の前輪又は後輪を駆動させ得る左右一対の出力軸と、
前記入力軸と出力軸との間に介装され、差動により当該出力軸の回転数の差を吸収し得る差動手段と、
軸周りの回転により、前記入力軸と出力軸との連結又はその解除をさせて前記入力軸の前記出力軸に対する回転力の伝達を断続させるとともに、前記差動手段の差動を許容又はロックさせ得る作動軸と、
該作動軸を任意回転させ得る駆動手段と、
前記差動手段及び作動軸を収容しつつ車両に搭載される本体ケースと、
を具備し、前記作動軸により車両の2輪駆動と4輪駆動との切り換え、及び差動手段の差動のロックを行わせ得る動力伝達装置であって、
前記駆動手段は、
正転及び逆転駆動可能なモータと、
該モータの駆動により回転駆動可能とされるとともに、接触子が形成された回転部材と、
該回転部材の周方向に延びて形成された収容部内に配設されたコイルスプリングと、
該コイルスプリングの一端と当接して配設され、当該コイルスプリングを介して前記回転部材の回転力が伝達されて回転駆動し得る連結部材と、
前記回転部材と相対的な回転が可能とされ、前記作動軸とその回転方向に係合可能とされるとともに、前記連結部材を介して前記回転部材の回転力が伝達されて回転駆動する駆動軸と、
該駆動軸とその回転方向に係合可能とされるとともに、接触子が形成されたステーと、
前記回転部材の接触子及びステーの接触子と接触して配設され、当該回転部材及び駆動軸の回転角度に応じて所定の電気回路を形成し得る導通パターンが形成された基板と、
を具備し、これら回転部材、連結部材、ステー及び基板が前記駆動軸とは各々別体とされて収容ケース内に収容されるとともに、当該収容ケースの蓋を外した状態で当該駆動軸に対して当該ステー、基板、回転部材、連結部材をこの順序で順次挿通させつつ当該ステー及び連結部材を回転方向に係止させて組み付けるものとされ、且つ、前記回転部材は、その収容部を前記収容ケースの蓋側に臨ませて組み付けられることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記駆動軸に対して、前記ステー、基板、回転部材、連結部材を順次挿通させつつ当該ステー及び連結部材を回転方向に係止させて組み付けた後、当該連結部材の駆動軸に対する抜け止めを図り得る抜け止め手段を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記駆動軸の前記作動軸に対する係合端面には、2面幅を有しつつ径方向に貫通したキー溝と、該キー溝内の当該駆動軸の中心軸上の位置に形成されたセンター穴とが形成されるとともに、前記作動軸の前記駆動軸に対する係合端面には、前記キー溝と合致するキー凸部と、前記センター穴と合致しつつ当該作動軸の中心軸上の位置に形成されたセンター凸部とが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記作動軸の前記駆動軸に対する係合端面には、2面幅を有しつつ径方向に貫通したキー溝と、該キー溝内の当該作動軸の中心軸上の位置に形成されたセンター穴とが形成されるとともに、前記駆動軸の前記作動軸に対する係合端面には、前記キー溝と合致するキー凸部と、前記センター穴と合致しつつ当該駆動軸の中心軸上の位置に形成されたセンター凸部とが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の動力伝達装置。
