Description
−種々のクランプセグメントを有する工具を使用することができ;かつ
−種々の工具、たとえば、周面に配置された鋸歯を有するシャフトのない、平坦な鋸刃、あるいはクランプシャフトと前側にアーチ状に配置された鋸歯を有する湾曲した鋸刃を、唯一のカップリング装置内へ挿入することができる、ことにある。
図1は、本発明に基づくカップリング装置の実施形態を、アンロックされたクランプ装置と共に示す縦断面図である。
図2は、図1に示す本発明に基づくカップリング装置の実施形態を、ロックされたクランプ装置および第1のクランプ装置内にクランプされた外科用鋸刃と共に示す縦断面図である。
図3は、図1と2に示す本発明に基づくカップリング装置の実施形態を、ロックされたクランプ装置および第2のクランプ装置内にクランプされた外科用鋸刃と共に示す縦断面図である。
図4は、ピン形状のクランプセグメントを有する下顎骨鋸刃を示す側面図である。
図5は、ピン形状のクランプセグメントを有する三日月状の鋸刃を示す側面図である。
図6は、平坦なU字状のクランプセグメントを有する矢状の鋸刃を示す上面図である。
Claims (7)
- A)長手軸(2)に対して同軸に配置され、駆動軸(3)と結合された、工具(8)を取外しできるように固定可能に収容するための第1のロック手段(31)を有する第1のクランプ装置(4)と;
B)同軸に配置され、クランプ装置(4)をその軸方向の長さの一部において包囲する、第1のロック手段(31)をロックまたはアンロックするための、軸方向に移動可能なジャケット(6)と、
を有する、工具を長手軸(2)を有する駆動軸(3)と結合するためのカップリング装置(1)において、
C)カップリング装置(1)がさらに、長手軸(2)に対して同軸に配置され、駆動軸(3)と結合された、工具(8)を取外しできるように固定可能に収容するための、第2のロック手段(32)を備えた第2のクランプ装置(5)を有し、
D)第2のクランプ装置(5)が、工具(8)を長手軸(2)に対して横方向に導入することを許すことを特徴とするカップリング装置。 - 第1のクランプ装置(4)が、工具(8)を長手軸(2)に対して同軸に導入することを許すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカップリング装置(1)。
- 第1のクランプ装置(4)と第2のクランプ装置(5)が、ジャケット(6)の軸方向の摺動によってロック可能かつアンロック可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のカップリング装置(1)。
- ジャケット(6)が、押圧ばね(15)によって、ロックされたクランプ装置(4、5)を有する軸方向の位置に保持されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカップリング装置(1)。
- 第1のクランプ装置(4)が、工具(8)との、長手軸(2)に関して回転的で、軸方向には相補形状の結合を許すことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のカップリング装置(1)。
- 第2のクランプ装置(5)が、工具(8)との、少なくとも長手軸(2)に関して回転的な相補形状の結合を許すことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のカップリング装置(1)。
- カップリング装置が、付加的に工具(8)、特に鋸工具を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のカップリング装置(1)。
