Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连接工具和具有一纵轴线的驱动轴的连接装置,包括:A)与纵轴线同轴设置的、与驱动轴相连接的第一夹紧装置,该第一夹紧装置具有用于可拆卸固定地容纳工具的第一锁定装置;B)同轴设置的、在该夹紧装置的轴向长度的一部分上包围夹紧装置的且轴向可移动的套筒,该套筒用于锁定或解锁第一锁定装置。
背景技术
旋转振动的外科锯片例如颚锯片、新月形锯片或弧矢锯片,由于其振动的运动,优选旋转形锁合地与驱动轴连接。
在US 5702415MSTTHAI中已知同种类型的连接装置,该连接装置具有用于可拆卸固定地将外科锯片与驱动装置连接的锁定装置。该锁定装置包括平行于驱动轴纵轴线设置的导向销,其可以这样地插入到锯片的孔中,使得锯片可以在驱动轴上横向于纵轴线且平行于支承面移动。如果锯片对中,则两个恰好平行于纵轴线设置的销卡锁到孔中,从而锯片旋转形锁合地与驱动轴相连接。此外,螺栓同轴地设置在驱动轴的末端,该螺栓的螺栓头在拧紧螺栓时轴向地朝锯片压紧,这样使得锯片在轴向上也被固定。这种已知的连接装置的缺点在于,在连接装置中只可容纳具有特定类型的夹紧部分的锯片。
发明内容
在此本发明将实现补救。本发明的目的在于,提供一种连接装置,该装置允许驱动轴与具有不同夹紧部分的不同锯片连接。
本发明借助具有以下技术特征的连接装置实现该目的,即:连接装置附加地还包括与纵轴线同轴设置的、与驱动轴相连接的第二夹紧装置,该第二夹紧装置具有用于可拆卸固定地容纳工具的第二锁定装置。
本发明其他的优点在扩展结构中说明。
通过本发明实现的优点基本上从其中可看出,借助按本发明的连接装置,
-可以更换具有不同夹紧部分的工具,和
-不同的工具,比如无轴的、平面的、具有周围设置锯齿的锯片或弯曲的、带有夹紧轴和端面弯曲形设置锯齿的锯片可以在唯一的连接装置上更换。
在一种优选的结构形式中,这样地设计第一夹紧装置,即工具的夹紧装置可同轴于纵轴线插入。由此可获得的优点在于,包括夹紧轴颈(Einspannzapfen)的商业上通用的外科工具可以在该夹紧装置中夹紧。
在另一种结构形式中,这样地设计第二夹紧装置,即工具可横向于纵轴线插入。同样在此获得的优点在于,商业上通用的片状构成的外科工具可以在该夹紧装置中夹紧。
在另一种结构形式中,通过套管的轴向移动可以锁定和解锁第一和第二夹紧装置。由此获得的优点在于,这种连接装置简单地构造。优选地套筒借助压力弹簧保持在轴向位置同时夹紧装置被锁定。由此可实现简单的操作,即锁定或解锁夹紧装置。
在另一种结构形式中,这样地设计第一夹紧装置,即可以实现与工具的相对于纵轴线旋转且轴向形锁合的连接。优选地第二夹紧装置也设计成这样,即可以实现与工具的相对于纵轴线旋转和轴向的成形锁合。因此保证工具刚性地固定在两个夹紧装置的任一夹紧装置中。

具体实施方式
图1至3示出了一种结构形式,其包括与纵轴线2同轴的连接装置1,该连接装置带有用于图4和图5所示工具8的第一夹紧装置4和用于图6所示工具8的第二夹紧装置5。这两个夹紧装置4、5不同地构成。第一夹紧装置4包括用于工具8(图4和5)的栓形夹紧部分19的、同轴的第一容纳座33,而第二夹紧装置5包括用于平面的U形夹紧部分22(图6)的、设置在连接装置1边缘上的第二容纳座34。
作为工具8,在此示出锯片的不同结构形式(图4至6),其中图4所示为颚锯片,图5所示为新月形锯片以及图6所示为弧矢锯片。这些锯片按夹紧部分19、22的构造插入到所配属的夹紧装置4、5的第一或第二容纳座33、34中,并且通过第一或第二锁定装置31、32固定在连接装置1中。通过连接装置1将夹紧的工具8与驱动轴3相连接。在所示的结构形式中,驱动轴3通过在驱动电机9与连接装置1之间轴向设置的传动机构10绕纵轴线2旋转振动地驱动。
两个夹紧装置4、5通过套筒6轴向的移动可以同时实现锁定或解锁。在图1中示出用于控制两夹紧装置4、5的套筒6在其后部位置。在套筒6的后部位置上,两夹紧装置4、5解锁,这样带有栓形夹紧部分19的工具8可以插入第一夹紧装置4中,或者带有平面U形夹紧部分22的工具8可以插入第二夹紧装置5中。
第一夹紧装置4在连接装置1的自由端11上包括旋转的第一夹持器14,其具有一个在连接装置1的自由端11上开放的同轴的空腔13,用于容纳工具8的栓形夹紧部分19。空腔13在连接装置1的自由端11上具有一带有与纵轴线2正交的非圆的横截面和轴向邻接一圆柱形中心孔16的空腔部分38。位于外部的空腔部分38由一椭圆形开口构成,其具有两个平行的侧面17和两个与纵轴线2同心的弧形的侧面18,这样在旋转的第一夹持器14和工具8的互补构成的栓形夹紧部分19之间可以实现绕纵轴线2的相对旋转的形锁合的连接。第一夹紧装置4的第一锁定装置31包括滚珠21,这些滚珠在孔23中可沿横向于纵轴线2方向移动地放置,孔23具有与纵轴线2正交的孔轴线24。滚珠21通过平行于纵轴线2的导向槽28的内端部27上的斜面26在套筒6的孔7中移动,并且根据套筒6的轴向位置滚珠可卡锁到工具8的栓形夹紧部分19(图4和5)上的环形槽30中或可从其中松脱。通过一在套筒6的孔7中同轴设置的且轴向支撑在驱动轴3上的压力弹簧15,所述套筒6被压向连接装置1的自由端面11,并且保持在其前部位置上。在该前部位置上两个夹紧装置4、5锁定,即在第一夹紧装置4上,滚珠21压入到工具8的栓形夹紧部分19上的环形槽30内,由此的轴向形锁合地固定工具8。孔23在进入中心孔16处变窄,因此在未插入工具8的栓形连接部分19时滚珠21不能从孔23中掉出。
第二夹紧装置5包括带有第二锁定装置32的旋转的第二夹持器20,其在连接装置1的自由端面11上轴向后置地设置。第二锁定装置32基本上由销钉29构成,销钉的轴线设置在与纵轴线2同心的圆柱体外表面上。销钉29通过其固定端35压入到套筒6的前部端面37上的孔25内,而在第二锁定装置32锁定时销钉29的自由端36嵌入到旋转的第一夹持器14上同心的孔38内。在夹紧装置5锁定时,销钉29被推动穿过在工具8的平面U形夹紧部分22(图6)上互补的孔39,由此其与驱动轴3旋转形锁合地连接。工具8的平面U形夹紧部分22在轴向上固定在旋转的第一夹持器14和套筒6的前部端面37之间。
图2示出了带有夹紧的工具8处于锁定状态的连接装置1,其中该工具8具有栓形夹紧部分19,该栓形夹紧部分固定在第一夹紧装置4中。绕纵轴线2的扭矩从驱动轴3至工具8的传递通过旋转的夹持器14实现。通过两个设置在旋转夹持器14中的空腔部分38内的相互平行的侧面17,可以实现在旋转夹持器14和工具8的第一夹紧部分19的旋转的形锁合的连接。通过滚珠21嵌入到设置在栓形夹紧部分19边缘上的槽30中,轴向形锁合地将夹紧部分19轴向固定在第一夹紧装置4内。
图3示出了带有夹紧的工具8正处于锁定状态的连接装置1,其中该工具8具有平面U形夹紧部分22,该夹紧部分固定在第二夹紧装置5中。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于连接工具和具有一纵轴线(2)的驱动轴(3)的连接装置(1),包括:
A)与纵轴线(2)同轴设置的、与驱动轴(3)相连接的第一夹紧装置(4),该第一夹紧装置具有用于可拆卸固定地容纳工具(8)的第一锁定装置(31);
B)同轴设置的、在该夹紧装置(4)的轴向长度的一部分上包围夹紧装置(4)的且轴向可移动的套筒(6),该套筒用于锁定或解锁第一锁定装置(31),
其特征在于,
C)连接装置(1)附加地还包括与纵轴线(2)同轴设置的、与驱动轴(3)相连接的第二夹紧装置(5),该第二夹紧装置具有用于可拆卸固定地容纳工具(8)的第二锁定装置(32)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的连接装置(1),其特征在于,第一夹紧装置(4)允许工具(8)同轴于纵轴线(2)插入。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的连接装置(1),其特征在于,第二夹紧装置(5)允许工具(8)横向于纵轴线(2)插入。
4.按照权利要求1所述的连接装置(1),其特征在于,第一夹紧装置(4)和第二夹紧装置(5)可借助套筒(6)的轴向移动锁定和解锁。
5.按照权利要求4所述的连接装置(1),其特征在于,所述套筒(6)通过压力弹簧(15)保持在轴向位置上,同时夹紧装置(4;5)被锁定。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的连接装置(1),其特征在于,第一夹紧装置(4)允许与工具(8)的相对于纵轴线(2)旋转且轴向形锁合的连接。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的连接装置(1),其特征在于,第二夹紧装置(5)允许至少一种与工具(8)的相对于纵轴线(2)旋转形锁合的连接。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的连接装置(1),其特征在于,它附带地包括一工具(8)。
