Claims (19)
- 工具用の迅速交換式アーバであって、
ドライブ端及び工具端を有する軸体と、軸体上を褶動できるように1個の中心孔を有する前記工具の装着手段を軸体に対し回転方向及び軸方向に動かないようにロックする回転方向及び軸方向ロック手段とを備える迅速交換式アーバにおいて、
前記装着手段が、前記軸体から褶動自在に取り外し可能であり、
前記工具が筒のこであり、
前記軸方向のロック手段が、軸方向と直交するラッチで前記装着手段上に設けられて具体化されている第1の軸方向ロック手段と、前記軸体上に設けられた前記ラッチをその中にロックするための軸方向と直交するノッチによって具体化されている第2の軸方向ロック手段とを備えることを特徴とする迅速交換式アーバ。 - 回転方向及び軸方向ロック手段が、クランプ、差し釘、くさび、ピンまたはねじの解除可能なロック手段であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記回転方向のロック手段が、
前記装着手段に設けられ、該装着手段の中央孔の断面形状によって具体化されている第1の回転方向ロック手段、及び
前記軸体の外部形状によって具体化されている第2の回転方向ロック手段を備え、前記第1及び第2の回転方向ロック手段は、相対的に褶動可能であるように対応していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の迅速交換式アーバ。 - 前記の断面形状とそれに対応する前記の軸体の外部形状が、回転方向ロック状態では相対的な回転が妨げられるものであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記中央孔の断面形状とそれに対応する前記の軸体の外部形状が、楕円形または六角形もしくは四角形などのような多角形であるか、あるいは少なくとも一部が平面化された領域を有することを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記ラッチが手動操作されるラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の1項に記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記ラッチがばね付きのラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の1項に記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記ラッチが半径方向に操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の1項に記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記ノッチが環状の溝を含む溝であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の1項に記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記装着手段が、前記工具を連結するための連結手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の1項に記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記連結手段が、ねじが切られた軸または差し込み継ぎ手の前記工具を連結するための取り外し自在の連結手段であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記装着手段及び/または前記工具が、それぞれ工具を着脱するためのレンチ部分もしくは孔の部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項10または11記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記連結手段が中空であるとともに、前記軸体を中空部を通して前記筒のこ内まで褶動侵入させ、材料の切り抜き屑であるプラグを押し出すことができるだけの広さの中空部を有することを特徴とする請求項10〜12の1項に記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記軸体の工具端に、案内ドリルを受け入れるための軸方向の孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13の1項に記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記軸方向の孔に、前記案内ドリルを着脱するための着脱手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項14記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 前記アーバの少なくとも一部分は硬化された鋼で製作されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜15の1項に記載の迅速交換式アーバ。
- 工具を装着するための装着手段であって、
軸体上を褶動できるように1個の中央孔を有し、前記工具の装着手段を軸体に対し回転方向及び軸方向に動かないようにロックする回転方向及び軸方向ロック手段とを備える装着手段において、
該装着手段は軸体から褶動自在に取り外し可能であり、
前記軸方向のロック手段が、軸方向と直交するラッチで前記装着手段上に設けられて具体化されている第1の軸方向ロック手段と、前記軸体上に設けられた前記ラッチをその中にロックするための軸方向と直交するノッチによって具体化されている第2の軸方向ロック手段とを備えることを特徴とする装着手段。 - 前記装着手段が筒のこの前記工具と一体化されているか、または連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項17記載の装着手段。
- 工具交換システムであって、請求項1〜16の1項に記載されている前記迅速交換式アーバと、筒のことを供えることを特徴とする工具交換システム。
