Description
Claims (5)
- 通信装置が設置された基地局の室内に配置され、冷却水が貯蔵されている貯蔵タンクと、貯蔵タンクの吐出口から延びた冷却水配管上に設置されて貯蔵タンク内の冷却水を循環させるように貯蔵タンク側に並列に接続されている一対の循環ポンプと、循環ポンプの吐出口から延びた配管を介して連通された室内熱交換器と、このような室内熱交換器に近接して配置された室内送風器からなる室内器モジュールと、
前記基地局の室外に配置され、前記室内熱交換器の吐出口側から延びた冷却水配管を介して連通された室外熱交換器と、このような室外熱交換器に近接して配置された室外送風器と、室外熱交換器の吐出口側から延びた冷却水配管に直列に接続されている一対の冷却器からなる室外器モジュールとを含み、
前記室外器モジュールの各冷却器は冷却器用冷媒を圧縮させる圧縮器と、圧縮器に冷媒配管を介して連通された凝縮器と、凝縮器に冷媒配管を介して連通されたレシーバドライヤと、内部に熱交換用チューブが内蔵され、この熱交換用チューブに冷却水配管が連通される熱交換器と、レシーバドライヤ及び熱交換器の間の冷媒配管上に設置された膨脹弁とからなることを特徴とする通信装置用冷房装置。 - 前記基地局の室内に室内温度感知センサが設置され、前記基地局の室外に室外温度感知センサが設置され、前記冷却水配管の室外器側に引き込まれる部分に冷却水温度感知センサが設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信装置用冷房装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2による通信装置用冷房装置の冷房制御方法であって、
室内熱交換器及び冷却器の制御方法、及び室外熱交換器の制御方法からなり、
前記室内熱交換器及び冷却器の制御方法は、
前記室内温度感知センサにより室内温度を測定する第1段階と、
前記室内温度が第1設定値より小さいかを比較及び判断して、室内温度が第1設定値よりも小さければ冷房装置全体をオフさせ、室内温度が第1設定値よりも大きければ室内熱交換器の作動をオンさせる第2段階と、
前記室内温度が第1設定値以上であり、第2設定値よりも小さいかを比較判断して室内温度が第1設定値及び第2設定値の間の範囲内にあれば前記第1段階にリターンさせ、室内温度が第2設定値よりも大きければ第1及び第2冷却器の何れかの冷却器と室内熱交換器の作動をオンさせる第3段階と、
前記室内温度が第2設定値より大きく、第3設定値より小さいかを比較及び判断して室内温度が第2設定値及び第3設定値の間の範囲内にあれば前記第1段階にリターンさせる第4段階と、
前記室内温度が第3設定値よりも大きければ第1及び第2冷却器の両方と室内熱交換器の作動をオンさせる第5段階と、
前記室内温度が第3設定値より小さいかを比較判断して、室内温度が第3設定値よりも小さければ前記第1段階にリターンさせ、前記室内温度が第3設定値よりも大きければ前記第5段階にリターンさせる第6段階とからなり、
前記室外熱交換器の制御方法は、
前記室外温度感知センサ及び冷却水温度感知センサにより基地局の室外温度及び冷却水温度を個別に測定する第1a段階と、前記室外温度が冷却水温度より小さいかを比較及び判断する第2a段階と、室外温度が冷却水温度よりも小さければ室外熱交換器をオンさせる第3a段階と、室外温度が冷却水温度よりも大きければ室外熱交換器をオフさせる第4a段階とからなることを特徴とする通信装置用冷房装置の冷房制御方法。 - 前記室外熱交換器制御方法の第2a段階後に冷却水温度が5℃より小さいかを比較判断して冷却水温度が5℃よりも小さければ室外熱交換器をオフさせ、冷却水温度が5℃よりも大きければ室外熱交換器をオンさせる段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の通信装置用冷房装置の冷房制御方法。
- 前記室外熱交換器の制御方法の第2a段階後に冷却水温度が5℃より小さいかを比較判断して冷却水温度が5℃よりも小さければ室外熱交換器をオフさせ、冷却水温度が5℃以上であり、10℃よりも小さければ第1a段階にリターンさせ、冷却水温度が10℃以上であれば室外熱交換器をオンさせる段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の通信装置用冷房装置の冷房制御方法。
