Description
前記セパレータ同士の間、又は前記セパレータと前記電解質・電極接合体との間に介装されるシールが設けられるシール形成部の最表面におけるCrの割合が60%以上であることを特徴とする。
Crの割合(%)=100×Crの重量%/(Crの重量%+Feの重量%) …(1)
前記燃料電池用セパレータに対して加熱を行うことで、該燃料電池用セパレータの表層側にFeを凝集させてFeリッチ層を形成するとともに、Feが前記表層側に移動したことで他の部位よりもCrの割合が高くなったCrリッチ層を該燃料電池用セパレータの内部に設ける工程と、
前記燃料電池用セパレータに対して電解処理を行うことで、前記Feリッチ層を除去するとともに該燃料電池用セパレータの表面に前記Crリッチ層を露呈させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- アノード側電極とカソード側電極とが電解質を介して配設される電解質・電極接合体を互いの間に介装して燃料電池の単セルを構成する燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法であって、
前記燃料電池用セパレータに対して加熱を行うことで、該燃料電池用セパレータの表層側にFeを凝集させてFeリッチ層を形成するとともに、Feが前記表層側に移動したことでCrの割合が60重量%以上となったCrリッチ層を該燃料電池用セパレータの内部に設ける工程と、
前記燃料電池用セパレータに対して電解処理を行うことで、前記Feリッチ層を除去するとともに該燃料電池用セパレータの表面に前記Crリッチ層を露呈させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の製造方法において、前記Crリッチ層のCrの割合を70重量%以上とすることを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の製造方法において、燃料電池用セパレータとしてステンレスからなるものを用いることを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
