Description
Claims (1)
- 全体として円盤状に成形されており、複数個の少なくともダイス状に形成された具材を含んでいるかき揚げ天ぷらにおいて、
固化された衣液からなり前記具材間を接着するように前記具材を被覆する第1被膜と、
前記第1被膜と同粘度の固化された衣液からなり前記第1被膜上に積層されるとともに、前記円盤状における表裏1対の表面層を構成する第2被膜と、
前記第1被膜を構成する衣液の供給前に前記具材に供給され、前記両被膜より低粘度の固化された衣液からなり、前記第1被膜と前記具材との間に介装される補助被膜とを有し、
前記第1被膜および第2被膜を構成する衣液の粘度が500〜5000cPとされ、前記補助被膜を構成する衣液の粘度が300cP以下とされており、
前記補助被膜の形成前に、前記具材にあらかじめ粉が付着されていることを特徴とするかき揚げ天ぷら。
