Claims (7)
- ネジ伝動装置(10;110)であって、
− 縦軸線(A)を有するネジスピンドル(12;112)と、
− ネジスピンドル(12;112)とは第1所定遊びを有する捩込係合状態にあり且つネジスピンドル(12;112)に対して相対的にその縦軸線(A)を中心に回転可能である支持ナット(14;114)と、
− ネジスピンドル(12;112)とは第2所定遊びを有する捩込係合状態にある受止ナット(16;116)とを含んでいて、その第2所定遊びが第1所定遊びよりも大きい値を有し、
受止ナット(16;116)が、支持ナット(14;114)に対して自由回転可能に形成されているが、支持ナット(14;114)と締付係合状態にもたらされ得て、それにより支持ナット(14;114)にて任意の所望の相対回転位置に固定可能である
前記ネジ伝動装置において、
受止ナット(16;116)が締付ユニット(18;118)を用いて支持ナット(14;114)と締付係合状態にもたらされ得て、締付ユニット(18;118)が捩込ボルト(22)を用いて支持ナット(14;114)と固定接続可能であること
を特徴とするネジ伝動装置。 - 締付ユニット(18;118)が、支持ナット(14;114)と受止ナット(16;116)との間の締付係合の確立後、これらの支持ナット(14;114)と受止ナット(16;116)により形成されている構成グループに留まることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネジ伝動装置。
- 受止ナット(16)の外周面が少なくとも部分的に円錐面(16d)として形成されていて、この円錐面(16d)が、支持ナット(14)から離れてゆく方向で先細りされていて、締付ユニット(18)の対向円錐面(18b)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のネジ伝動装置。
- 受止ナット(116)が、この受止ナット(116)にて支持ナット(114)から離れてゆく側で、縦軸線(A)に対して好ましくは実質的に直角に延在する係合面(116e)を有し、この係合面(116e)が、締付ユニット(118)の対応する対向係合面(118c)と係合状態にもたらされ得ることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のネジ伝動装置。
- 支持ナット(14;114)が転動体循環ナットであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のネジ伝動装置。
- 支持ナットが捩込ナットであり、この捩込ナットが、この捩込ナットに固定形成された雌ネジを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のネジ伝動装置。
- 受止ナット(16;116)が、軽金属或いは軽金属合金、好ましくはアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のネジ伝動装置。
