Description
例えばモンタン酸マグネシウム(製造者:クラリアント(Clariant)社、D−86368、Gersthofen)、アルボセル(Arbocell)(TF0406型、繊維形状セルロース、製造者:J.レッテンマイアー ウント ゼーネ(J.Rettenmaier und Soehne)社、D−73494 Rosenberg)又は重炭酸ナトリウムの添加剤の混合の後で、DE2918137及びDE19650686の教示に従って製造されたアルカリ土類過酸化物を、容易に構築されたロールプレス機のプレス造粒へと供給した。一次粒子を2t/cmロール長(〜130bar)〜2.35t/cmロール長(〜145bar)のプレス圧力及び0.75barの減圧(即ち0.25barの圧力の場合)によって1mmの厚さを有するフレークにプレスし、最後に造粒ふるいによって破砕機の使用下で目標の粒子の大きさに調節した。
解砕の検査のためにH2O250ml中のアルカリ土類過酸化物顆粒50gを500ml標準ガラスビーカー中で攪拌機(撹拌機は特殊鋼からできていて、2つの垂直なパドル、長さ42mm、幅11mm、ガラスビーカー底の1cm上に、中心に取り付けた撹拌パドルを有する)を使用して350rpmで10分間撹拌した。400μmふるいの上の残留物は%において解砕である。
摩耗値の決定のためにプローブ70gからふるいを介して微細成分を手で除去した。最後に正確に50gを相応するふるい(1.0mm)の上で3分間実験室用ふるい機JELによってふるった。<0.425mmの生じた微細成分は「%」において摩耗を示す。
Claims (6)
- 乾燥したアルカリ土類過酸化物を解砕性又は疎水性の特性を示す圧密化助剤と混合し、これをプレス圧力をかけつつ、同時に真空にされた圧縮区域中で圧密化することを特徴とする、圧密化を介した粉塵を含まないアルカリ土類過酸化物の製造方法。
- 圧密化を95〜165barのプレス圧力及び最高で0.25barの圧力で圧縮区域において実施することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の粉塵を含まないアルカリ土類過酸化物の製造方法。
- 圧密化を0℃〜60℃の温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の粉塵を含まないアルカリ土類過酸化物の製造方法。
- 圧密化助剤として重炭酸ナトリウム、架橋したシリコーン化合物、セルロース化合物、長鎖の脂肪酸のマグネシウム塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の粉塵を含まないアルカリ土類過酸化物の製造方法。
- 0.1〜10質量%(最終生成物に対して)の圧密化助剤を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の粉塵を含まないアルカリ土類過酸化物の製造方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の圧密化のための方法を介して得られる粉塵を含まないアルカリ土類過酸化物。
