Claims (7)
- 内部をウェッブが移動するハウジング(2)に電子ビームエミッタ(1)を固定するための固定装置であって、ウェッブの移動方向(A)に対して直角の第一の方向(B)へ摺動可能にハウジングに取り付けられた操作要素(10)と、前記第一の方向(B)に対して横方向であってハウジング(2)に対して離接する第二の方向へ摺動可能にハウジングに取り付けられた作動要素(20)と、操作要素(10)と作動要素(20)とを相互連結し、操作要素(10)が第一の方向(B)へ摺動したときに作動要素(20)を第二の方向へ摺動させ、作動要素(20)の前記第二の方向への摺動によって電子ビームエミッタ(1)をハウジングへ向かわせて、電子ビームエミッタのフランジを作動要素(20)とハウジング(2)との間に固定できるようにするカム機構(50)とを含み、前記作動要素(20)が弾性要素(40)を介して固定要素(30)に接続され、作動要素(20)が前記第二の方向へ摺動してハウジング(2)に接近したときに前記固定要素(30)が電子ビームエミッタのフランジをハウジング(2)に対して圧接させるようになっていることを特徴とする固定装置。
- 前記カム機構(50)が、前記操作要素(10)に形成された細長いスロット(51)と、前記作動要素(20)に取り付けられて前記スロット(51)に摺動可能に係合するフォロワ(52)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 前記細長いスロット(51)が、前記第二の方向に対して直角方向へ延びる端部(51b)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固定装置。
- 前記操作要素(10)がハウジング(2)に取り付けられて前記第一の方向(B)へ延びるガイドバー(11)に摺動可能に取り付けられ、前記作動要素(20)が、ハウジング(2)に取り付けられて前記第二の方向へ延びるガイドバー(21)に摺動可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固定装置。
- 前記カム機構(50)が2つ設けられて、それらカム機構が前記第一の方向(B)へ互いに隔てられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の固定装置。
- 前記操作要素(10)、前記作動要素(20)及び前記カム機構(50)のそれぞれがウェッブの前記移動方向(A)へ互いに隔てられた2つの位置に設けられて、電子ビームエミッタ(1)のフランジの上下部を作動要素(20)とハウジング(2)との間に固定するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の固定装置。
- ハウジングに電子ビームエミッタを固定する固定方法において、
電子ビームエミッタ(1)がハウジング(2)に対して固定されるべき箇所に電子ビームエミッタ(1)を配置する段階と、
ウェッブの移動方向(A)に対して直角の第一の方向(B)へ摺動可能になるように操作要素(10)をハウジングに取り付ける段階と、
前記第一の方向(B)に対して横方向であってハウジング(2)に対して離接する第二の方向へ摺動可能になるように作動要素(20)をハウジングに取り付ける段階と、
電子ビームエミッタ(1)のフランジをハウジング(2)に対して固定する固定位置とその固定を解除する開放位置との間を移動する固定要素(30)を、弾性要素(40)を介して作動要素(20)に接続する段階と、
操作要素(10)の第一の方向(B)への摺動に応じて作動要素(20)を第二の方向へ摺動させるように、操作要素(10)と作動要素(20)とをカム機構(50)によって相互連結する段階と、
作動要素(20)の第二の方向への摺動に応じて、弾性要素(40)を圧縮させて固定要素(30)をエミッタ(1)のフランジに対して押圧し、それによりエミッタのフランジを、ハウジング(2)に対して押圧して、作動要素(20)とハウジング(2)との間に固定する段階とを含むことを特徴とする固定方法。
