b.2.1) アミンまたはカルボン酸を含む少なくとも3官能性モノマーの5〜150μmol/gのポリマーと、
b.2.2) b.2.1がアミンである場合、カルボン酸を含み、あるいはb.2.1がカルボン酸である場合、アミンを含む少なくとも3官能性モノマーの2〜100μmol/gのポリマーとの組成となっている。
「cond.」と表記した性質を、調整された検体にて測定し、且つ「ドライ」で表記した性質を、乾燥した検体にて測定した。コンディショニングはISO1110に基づいて行った。
− 2.81の相対粘度(98%のH2SO4中で1%、23℃)を有する線状、部分的結晶PA6である、グリロンA28(エムス−ヒェミー AG/CH社)、
− 2.44の相対粘度(98%のH2SO4中で1%、23℃)を有する線状、部分的結晶PA6である、グリロンA23(エムス−ヒェミー AG/CH社)、
− 非晶質コポリアミド(PA6I/6T)である、グリボリーG21(エムス−ヒェミー AG/CH社)、
− ヴェトロテックス社のガラス繊維
− 例えば25%のカーボンブラックの割合:ブラックパール880(キャボット社)を有するPA6カーボンブラックマスタバッチ(エムス−ヒェミー AG/CH社)、および
− ポリアミドに対する出所の異なる通常の添加剤
Claims (12)
- A) 100部のポリアミド混合物と、
B) 40〜235部の強化材と、
C) 添加剤とを含み、
前記ポリアミド混合物A)は、
a) PA6、PA66、PA12、PA6T、PA6T12、PA12Tから選ばれる、0.5〜95重量%の部分的結晶線状ポリアミドと、
b) 5〜99重量%の分岐グラフトポリアミドと、
c) PA6I/6Tおよび、またはPAMXDI/MXDT/6I/6Tから選ばれる、0.5〜40重量%の非晶質ポリアミドと、
d) 0〜2重量%のカーボンブラックとからなり、
前記分岐グラフトポリアミドb)は、
一般式1のスチレンマレインイミド基本構造からなり、
前記a+前記b+前記c+前記dにより合計で100質量%を形成することを特徴とする、光沢性が高く硬質なポリアミド成形体のためのポリアミド成形材料。 - 前記ポリアミド混合物A)は、0.5〜80重量%の前記部分的結晶線状ポリアミドa)と、15〜98.5重量%の前記分岐グラフトポリアミドb)と、1〜35重量%の前記非晶質ポリアミドc)と、0〜2重量%の前記カーボンブラックd)とを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 1〜64.5重量%の前記部分的結晶線状ポリアミドa)と、18〜79.5重量%の前記分岐グラフトポリアミドb)と、20〜35重量%の前記非晶質ポリアミドc)と、0.5〜2重量%の前記カーボンブラックd)とを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 加工温度において、せん断速度γ=200/sで溶融物粘度が<300Pasおよびせん断速度γ=1000sで溶融物粘度が<150Pasであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載のポリアミド形成材料。
- 前記強化材B)は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、滑石、雲母、カオリン、ウォラストナイト等のミネラル、ナノコンポジット、ウイスカ、およびポリアミドに対するさらなる通常の強化材またはそれらの混合物から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記添加剤C)は、前記グラフトポリアミドにも本質的に含有可能な、衝撃力改質材と、UV、熱および加工安定剤と、スリップ剤とから選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の成形材料によって製造される成形品において、該成形品は、60°の角度で、75よりも大きい表面光沢によって表される、卓越した表面品質を有することを特徴とする、成形品。
- 射出成形、押出成形、押出ブロー成形、GIT、WIT、マイクロ射出成形、インジェクションブロー成形、引抜成形、深絞り等の加工方法、またはポリアミドに適したさらなる加工方法による成形品を製造するための、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載のポリアミド成形材料の用途。
- 光学用途の部品が製造されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の用途。
- 電気用途の部品が製造されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の用途。
- 衛生用途の部品が製造されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の用途。
- 自動車分野の部品が製造されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の用途。
