Description
・電気アクチュエータ装置8と、
・噴射ノズル5と、装置8の制御の下でノズルを開放/閉塞するために、開放ストローク及び閉塞ストロークに沿って可動なニードル7と、を含む噴霧器とを含み、
・電気噴霧器1は、ニードル7をノズルのための閉塞位置に保持するよう、制御室15内の燃料の圧力によって押圧されるロッド14によって制御されたニードル7の開放を時間内に調節することによって、燃料の調量を遂行し、
・制御室15は、事前設定された直径D4を有する較正された入口ダクト18と、調量弁16によって制御される直径D5を有する出口通路24とを備える。
・ ニードル7の変位の特定速度を決定するために、出口通路24の直径と入口ダクト18との間の比率D5/D4を選択するステップと、
・ ニードルの開放の対応する変位を制御するために、少なくとも、1つの第一電気的指令C1;C3;C5乃至C7と、1つの第二電気的指令C2;C4;C8を装置8に発信するステップとを含み、
・ 第一電気的指令C1;C3;C5、及び、第二電気的指令C2;C4;C8は、如何なる時間の不連続をも生じることない動作のプロファイルPを伴ったニードル7の変位を引き起こすよう、相互に十分に近接した方法で時間調節されることを特徴とする。
・ 第一電気的指令C1;C3;C5及び第二時間的指令C2;C4;C8の間の少なくとも1つの期間、
・ 電気的指令C1乃至C8の数、及び、

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関のための加圧型の燃料噴射装置であって、
燃料噴射のための少なくとも1つの電気噴射器と、
調量弁のための電気アクチュエータ装置とを含み、
前記電気噴射器は、噴射室と連絡する噴射ノズルと、前記噴射室の燃料の圧力の作用の下で開放ストローク及び閉塞ストロークに沿って移動可能なニードルとを含み、該ニードルは、前記ノズルを閉塞するための位置に通常保持され、且つ、該閉塞位置において、前記噴射室内の燃料の圧力に晒される活性面を有し、該活性面は、前記ニードルの外径と、前記ニードルと前記ノズルとの間の封止の内径とによって定められ、
前記電気アクチュエータ装置は、前記ニードルと係合されるロッドを含み、該ロッドは、直径を有し、且つ、前記調量弁と関連付けられる制御室の内部の燃料の圧力によって通常押圧される部分を有し、前記制御室は、事前設定された直径を有する入口ダクトと、直径を有する出口通路とを備え、該出口通路は、前記調量弁によって制御され、
前記閉塞位置に向かう前記ロッドの作用を補足する作用を前記ニードルに対して加えるために設けられる弾性手段を含み、
前記電気アクチュエータ装置は、第一電気指令と、少なくとも第二電気指令とを備える、電気制御ユニットによって動作され、前記第二電気指令は、前記第一電気指令に近接し、前記第一電気指令は、前記ニードルに第一開放変位を遂行させ、前記第一開放変位の後には、閉塞変位が続き、前記第二電気指令は、前記ニードルに第二開放変位を遂行させ、且つ、前記閉塞変位の地点において前記第二開放変位を開始させ、前記第二開放変位と前記閉塞変位との間に休止時間が存在しない動作プロファイルをもたらし、
前記出口通路の直径と前記入口ダクトの直径との間の比率は、前記ニードルの変位の特定速度を決定するために、0.7〜1.4の間で構成され、
前記ロッドの前記部分の直径と前記活性面の前記外径との間の比率は、前記変位の特定速度を決定するために、1.05〜1.2の間で構成され、
前記活性面の前記外径と前記内径との間の比率は、前記変位の特定速度を決定するのに寄与するために、1.85〜2.35の間で構成され、
前記地点は、前記閉塞ストロークの終点であり、
前記制御室は、フランジとステムとを有する分配本体によって定められ、前記ステムは、前記フランジと一体物で作成され、且つ、摺動可能なスリーブによって係合され、前記出口通路は、前記ステムに径方向に配置され、且つ、軸方向ダクトを介して前記制御室と連絡し、前記電気アクチュエータ装置は、前記スリーブが前記出口通路を開閉するのを制御し、前記スリーブは、前記出口通路が閉塞されるとき、実質的にゼロ軸方向圧力に晒されることを特徴とする、
燃料噴射装置。 - 前記噴射室及び前記制御室内の燃料の圧力は、1200〜1800バールの間で構成され、
前記出口通路の前記直径は、0.22〜0.35mmの間で構成され、
前記ニードルの前記活性面の前記外径は、3.2〜4.8mmの間で構成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記第一電気的指令及び前記第二電気的指令は、前記第一開放変位及び前記第二開放変位の終わりに、前記ノズルの第一程度の開放及び第二程度の開放にそれぞれ達するよう発信され、前記開放の程度は、互いに異なることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射装置。
