Description
PTFE多孔膜の通気性は、JIS L 1096の6.27.1 A法に基づくフラジール法に準じて測定した。
この試験には、JIS R 3420に基づいたMIT試験機を用いた。集塵機用フィルターから幅15mm、長さ約110mmの試験片を切り取って、試験機のつかみに取り付け、荷重1kg、175回/分の条件で繰り返して試験片の折り曲げを5000回行った後、膜面でのクラックの発生を目視で観察した。
集塵機用フィルターの捕集効率は、JIS Z 8901に規定されているジオクチルフタレート(DOP)粒子を用いて、JIS K 0901に規定の方法で測定した。
集塵機用フィルターの膜面から1cmの距離を離して2mmφのノズルを有するエアーガンでエアーを吹き付け、PTFE多孔膜が破壊するまでのエアーの圧力(単位:MPa)として測定した。
フェルトとして、実施例1に記載の表面の繊維が加熱されて毛玉が形成された芳香族ポリエステル繊維製フェルト(アンビック社製商品名FT0507D、厚さ1.8mm)を、毛玉の熱プレス処理を行わずにそのまま用い、実施例1で用いたのと同じPTFE多孔膜と230℃、0.5MPa、4m/分の条件でラミネートにより接着し、集塵機用フィルターを得た。
フェルトとして、実施例3に記載の表面の繊維が加熱されて毛玉が形成されたPPS繊維製フェルト(呉羽テック社製商品名PSG50BP、厚さ1.7mm)を、毛玉の熱プレス処理を行わずにそのまま用い、実施例1で用いたのと同じPTFE多孔膜と265℃、0.5MPa、4m/分の条件でラミネートにより接着し、集塵機用フィルターを得た。

Claims (3)
- ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)多孔膜および熱可塑性樹脂繊維製フェルトが積層されて一体化された集塵機用フィルターの製造方法であって、前記フェルトとして、表面の繊維が加熱されて毛玉が形成されたフェルトを準備し、前記毛玉を熱プレスにより扁平状にした後、前記フェルトの表面に前記PTFE多孔膜を加圧加熱により接着する製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、芳香族ポリエステル、ポリフェニレンサルファイドおよびポリプロピレンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記PTFE多孔膜のJIS L 1096の6.27.1 A法に基づくフラジール法により測定した空気量が、4cm3/cm2・秒以上である請求項1または2記載の製造方法。
