Abstract
【解決手段】複合濾過媒体構造体10は、スパンボンド法を用いて複数の二成分合成繊維から形成された不織布基材を含むベース基材12を含んでいる。また、この複合濾過媒体構造体10は、エレクトロブロースピニング法によってベース基材の一面上に設けられたナノ繊維層20を含んでいる。1つの態様において、ベース基材12及びナノ繊維層20は、ASHRAE 52.2−1999試験法に従って測定して85%以上の濾過効率を与えるように構成されている。

Claims (10)
- スパンボンド法を用いて複数の二成分合成繊維(30)から形成された不織布基材を含むベース基材(12)、及び
エレクトロブロースピニング法によってベース基材(12)の一面上に設けられたナノ繊維層(20)
を含む複合濾過媒体構造体(10)であって、
ベース基材(12)及びナノ繊維層(20)が、ASHRAE 52.2−1999試験法に従って測定して85%以上の濾過効率を与えるように構成されている、複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。 - 不織布基材が約150〜約260g/m2の坪量を有する、請求項1記載の複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。
- ナノ繊維層(20)が約2.0〜約3.0g/m2の坪量を有する、請求項1記載の複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。
- ナノ繊維層(20)の厚さが約10μmである、請求項1記載の複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。
- 複合濾過媒体構造体(10)が約4.4〜約6.0mmH2Oの圧力低下で85%以上の分別効率を与える、請求項1記載の複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。
- 複合濾過媒体構造体(10)が約0.3〜約0.5μmの透過性の粒度を捕捉する、請求項1記載の複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。
- 複合濾過媒体構造体(10)がさらに複数の波形(18)を含む、請求項1記載の複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。
- スパンボンド法を用いて複数の二成分合成繊維(30)から形成された不織布基材を含むベース基材(12)、及び
エレクトロブロースピニング法によってベース基材(12)の一面上に設けられた、約2.0〜約3.0g/m2の坪量を有するナノ繊維層(20)
を含む複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。 - ベース基材(12)及びナノ繊維層(20)がASHRAE 52.2−1999試験法に従って測定して85%以上の濾過効率を与えるように構成されている、請求項8記載の複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。
- ナノ繊維層(20)の厚さが約10μmである、請求項8記載の複合濾過媒体構造体(10)。
