Claims (10)
- 所定の作動周波数を有するアンテナと、
前記アンテナにボンディングされたRFIDチップと、
少なくとも前記RFIDチップ、及び前記RFIDチップと前記アンテナのボンディング部とを密封する第1モールディング部と、
前記第1モールディング部の外側に形成された第2モールディング部と、
前記第2モールディング部のさらに外側に形成された第3モールディング部と、
を備え、
前記第3モールディング部が、可塑剤が排除されて硫黄成分のないゴム材であることを特徴とするRFIDタグ。 - 前記第2モールディング部が、前記第1モールディング部より軟性材質で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記第1モールディング部がエポキシコンパウンドで形成され、前記第2モールディング部が、引っ張り弾性率が0.001〜0.1/kgf/mm2である低弾性率の樹脂よりなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記第2モールディング部が、コーティング方法によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記RFIDタグがタイヤに装着され、前記第3モールディング部がNBR、アクリルゴム、天然ゴムよりなる群から選択された少なくとも1つのゴム材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記第3モールディング部が、コーティング方法によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記アンテナが、二方向に延長されたウェーブ状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFIDタグ。
- (a)リードフレームを準備する段階と、
(b)前記リードフレームをエッチングしてアンテナを形成する段階と、
(c)RFIDチップとアンテナとをボンディングする段階と、
(d)少なくとも前記RFIDチップ及び前記RFIDチップと前記アンテナのボンディング部とを密封する第1モールディング部を形成する段階と、
(e)前記第1モールディング部の外側に第2モールディング部を形成する段階と、
(f)前記第2モールディング部の外側に第3モールディング部を形成する段階であって、前記第3モールディング部が、可塑剤が排除されて硫黄成分のないゴム材である、該段階と、
を含むRFIDタグの製造方法。 - 前記(d)段階及び前記(e)段階では、前記第2モールディング部が前記第1モールディング部より軟性材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のRFIDタグの製造方法。
- 前記(e)段階及び前記(f)段階がコーティング方法によってなされることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のRFIDタグの製造方法。
