Claims (1)
- 食材として生の野菜を120〜500℃の過熱水蒸気で30〜240秒間第1の加熱殺菌した後、ストレーナを通過させることにより破砕加工を行い、破砕加工後の上記食材をさらに120〜500℃の過熱水蒸気で30〜240秒間第2の加熱殺菌をすることを特徴とする破砕加工食品の製造方法。
