Claims (13)
- 被処理物を熱分解する熱分解システムであって、
前記被処理物の少なくとも一部を熱分解して可燃ガスを発生させるガス発生装置と、
燃料および前記可燃ガスを燃焼させることにより、内部に収容した被加熱物を加熱する加熱装置と、
を備え、
前記加熱装置は、
燃料および前記可燃ガスを燃焼させるバーナと、
前記バーナに供給する前記燃料の量を調整する燃料調整弁と、
前記バーナで燃焼した燃焼ガスを内部で循環させて、外部の前記被加熱物を加熱するジャケットと、
前記ジャケットの内部の温度を測定する温度計と、
を有し、
前記燃料調整弁は、前記温度計が測定した前記ジャケット内部の温度に基づき、前記バーナへの前記燃料の供給量を調整し、
前記加熱装置において、加熱中に、被加熱物が少なくとも一度はさらに投入される連続処理をするとともに、
前記ガス発生装置において、被処理物が一括で投入されて熱分解されるバッチ処理をし、
前記加熱装置は、異なるタイミングで動作する複数の前記ガス発生装置で発生した可燃ガスを順次燃焼させ、180℃以上220℃以下の温度で、30分以上60分以下の時間、前記被加熱物を加熱する、
熱分解システム。 - 前記ジャケットは、前記燃焼ガスを外部に排出する排気口をさらに有し、
前記温度計は、前記排気口の近傍に配される、
請求項1に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記加熱装置で容積が減少した減容廃棄物を破砕する粗破砕機をさらに備え、
前記被処理物は、前記粗破砕機により破砕された前記減容廃棄物を含む、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記被加熱物は、前記被処理物を含み、
前記ガス発生装置は、前記加熱装置で加熱された前記被加熱物の少なくとも一部を熱分解する、
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記加熱装置は、被加熱物を加熱して溶解する溶解装置、被加熱物を加熱して減容する減容装置、および、被加熱物を加熱して乾燥する乾燥装置からなる群から選択される装置を有する、
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記ガス発生装置は、被処理物の少なくとも一部を油化する油化装置である、
請求項1から請求項5までの何れか一項に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記被処理物は、廃棄物であり、
前記加熱装置は、前記廃棄物を溶解する溶解装置であり、
前記ガス発生装置は、前記溶解装置で溶解された廃棄物を油化する油化装置であり、
前記溶解装置において、溶解中に、廃棄物が少なくとも一度はさらに投入される連続処理をするとともに、
前記油化装置において、廃棄物が一括で投入されて油化されるバッチ処理をする、
請求項1から請求項6までの何れか一項に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記廃棄物は医療廃棄物を含み、
前記溶解装置は、
前記廃棄物を収容する溶解炉、
燃料を燃焼することにより、前記溶解炉の内部を、前記医療廃棄物の溶解の温度よりも高くかつ前記医療廃棄物の熱分解の温度よりも低い滅菌温度に加熱する加熱部、および、
前記溶解炉および外部に対して連結および遮断することができ、前記溶解炉の加熱中において、外部と連結した場合に外部から投入された前記医療廃棄物を収容し、前記溶解炉と連結した場合に前記収容した医療廃棄物を前記溶解炉に投入する投入室
を有する、
請求項7に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記溶解装置は、加熱中の前記投入室の内部の気体または加熱中の前記溶解炉の内部の気体を前記加熱部に導入する気体導入部をさらに有する、
請求項8に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記気体導入部は、加熱中の前記投入室の内部の気体を吸気して前記加熱部に導入する、
請求項9に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記溶解炉は、前記医療廃棄物と共に油を収容した状態で加熱される、
請求項8から請求項10までの何れか一項に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記溶解炉に収容される前記油は廃油である、
請求項8から請求項11までの何れか一項に記載の熱分解システム。 - 前記油化装置は、前記医療廃棄物と共に前記油を油化する、
請求項8から請求項12までの何れか一項に記載の熱分解システム。
