Description
さらに、本発明の温度センサでは、弾性シール部材が、先端側に大径部を備える一方、後端側にそれよりも小さい外径を有する小径部を備える二段形状をなしており、編組チューブの先端部が小径部との間で重なり部を生ずるように配置されているため、所定の重なり寸法を有する重なり部が生じることになる。
まず、SUS310S製の鋼板に深絞り加工を行って、先端側が閉塞した筒状の金属チューブ3を形成する。また、別途SUS310Sの金属体に対して冷間鍛造、切削加工を施して、金属チューブ3を圧入固定するための内孔と、先端側段部44と後端側段部43とを有する鞘部42と、鞘部42よりも大きい外径を有する突出部41とを備えるフランジ4を形成する。
Claims (2)
- 導電性の芯線を外筒の内側に絶縁保持してなるシース部材と、
前記シース部材の径方向周囲を取り囲む金属筒状部材と、
前記シース部材の先端側にて前記芯線に接続される感温素子と、
前記シース部材の後端側にて前記芯線に接続されると共に、前記芯線を絶縁性の被覆部材にて被覆してなるリード線と、
前記リード線を前記金属筒状部材の内側から外部に引き出すためのリード線挿通孔を有し、前記金属筒状部材の内側に挿入される弾性シール部材と、
前記金属筒状部材の外部に引き出されたリード線の周囲を取り囲む編組チューブと、を備える温度センサであって、
前記編組チューブと前記弾性シール部材とは、該編組チューブの先端部が該弾性シール部材の後端部の径方向外側に位置する形で重なり部を生ずるように配置されており、
前記弾性シール部材は、前記金属筒状部材の軸線方向の離間した位置において、該金属筒状部材を内方に加締めることで形成される第1加締め部と第2加締め部とによって当該金属筒状部材に対して固定され、前記第1加締め部は、前記弾性シール部材のうちで前記重なり部を生ずる位置に形成される一方、前記第2加締め部は、前記弾性シール部材のうちで前記重なり部よりも先端側の位置に形成され、
さらに、前記弾性シール部材は、先端側に大径部を備える一方、前記大径部の後端側に当該大径部よりも小さい外径を有する小径部を備える二段形状をなしており、前記編組チューブの先端部が前記弾性シール部材の前記後端部をなす前記小径部との間で前記重なり部を生ずるように配置されている

前記編組チューブは、素材を筒状に編組したスリーブにワニスによる表面処理を施して形成された構成を有する
