Claims (5)
- シェル内に融点が異なる潜熱蓄熱・蓄冷剤がそれぞれ内包されたマイクロカプセルをクロス製作用樹脂液内に分散させてクロス成形液を造るクロス成形液配製工程と、
前記クロス成形液を平面状の離型性部材に塗布してから加熱により硬化させ、平面状のクロス成形膜を造る塗布成形工程と、
前記平面状のクロス成形膜を前記離型性部材から剥がして平面状のクロス材を造る離型工程とからなる、潜熱蓄熱・蓄冷性クロスの製造方法。 - シェル内に融点が異なる潜熱蓄熱・蓄冷剤がそれぞれ内包されたマイクロカプセルを揮発性補助剤に混ぜるマイクロカプセル懸濁液配製工程と、
前記マイクロカプセル懸濁液を親水性のポリウレタン樹脂液内に分散させてクロス成形液を造るクロス成形液配製工程と、
前記クロス成形液を平面状の離型性部材に塗布してから加熱により硬化させながら前記揮発性補助剤を揮発させ、平面状のクロス膜を造る塗布成形工程と、
前記平面状のクロス膜を前記離型性部材から剥がす離型工程とからなる、潜熱蓄熱・蓄冷性クロスの製造方法。 - 前記マイクロカプセルとして、融点が28℃±1℃である潜熱蓄熱・蓄冷剤を内包した第1種類と、融点が32℃±1℃である潜熱蓄熱・蓄冷剤を内包した第2種類との2種類を使用することにより、熱冷やしクロスを製造する請求項2に記載の潜熱蓄熱・蓄冷性クロスの製造方法。
- 前記塗布成形工程において、前記クロス成形液を塗布する前に、先に前記離型性部材の表面に親水性のポリウレタン樹脂液を塗布して樹脂膜を形成する請求項2に記載の潜熱蓄熱・蓄冷性クロスの製造方法。
- 前記クロス成形液配製工程において顔料をも添加する請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の潜熱蓄熱・蓄冷性クロスの製造方法。
