Claims (3)
- ガスセンサ素子と、このガスセンサ素子が挿入される挿入孔と接着体を収容する収容部とを有する絶縁碍管とを具備したガスセンサの製造方法であって、
前記ガスセンサ素子と前記絶縁碍管との接着部位に、紫外線硬化性樹脂を塗布する工程と、
紫外線を照射して前記紫外線硬化性樹脂を硬化させ、前記ガスセンサ素子と前記絶縁碍管材とを仮固定する工程と、
前記収容部に未硬化状態の接着体を充填する工程と、
加熱して前記接着体を硬化させる加熱硬化工程と
を具備したことを特徴とするガスセンサの製造方法。 - 前記加熱硬化工程の前に、前記接着体を加熱乾燥する乾燥工程を具備し、前記乾燥工程は、前記加熱硬化工程の加熱温度よりも低く、且つ前記紫外線硬化性樹脂が焼損しない範囲の加熱温度で加熱を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスセンサの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁碍管が、略有底円筒形状とされ、その底部の略中央に設けられた前記挿入孔と前記ガスセンサ素子との間に前記紫外線硬化性樹脂が収容され、円筒形状部分に前記接着体が収容されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のガスセンサの製造方法。
