Description
Claims (26)
- 車の車輪のタイヤを成形し硬化させる方法であって、
グリーンタイヤ(50)を、形状が実質的に該グリーンタイヤ(50)の内面の形状と一致する外面を有する環状支持体(10)上で製造するステップと、該環状支持体(10)を加熱することにより、熱を該環状支持体(10)に接触する該タイヤの該内面に伝達するステップと、該グリーンタイヤ(50)の該内面を、少なくとも1つの加圧二次作動流体を通して該環状支持体(10)の該外面に対して押圧するステップと、該環状支持体(10)の該外面と該グリーンタイヤ(50)の該内面との間の少なくとも1つの拡散間隙内を通過する加圧一次作動流体を通して、加硫用金型(102)内に画定される成形キャビティ(104)の壁に対し、該グリーンタイヤ(50)の外面を押圧するステップと、を含み、該加圧一次作動流体が、該グリーンタイヤ(50)に熱を供給することにより該タイヤの加硫をもたらすように加熱される、方法。 - 前記環状支持体(10)の加熱が、電気抵抗器によって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記環状支持体(10)の加熱が、該環状支持体(10)内に運ばれる前記一次作動流体を通して実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グリーンタイヤ(50)の前記内面を前記加圧二次作動流体により前記環状支持体(10)の前記外面に対して押圧する前記ステップ中、該二次作動流体の圧力が、前記一次作動流体の圧力より高い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一次作動流体の前記圧力が、16バール未満である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記二次作動流体の前記圧力が、8バールと18バールとの間である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記グリーンタイヤ(50)の外面を前記一次作動流体を用いて前記成形キャビティ(104)の前記壁に対して押圧する前記ステップ中、該一次作動流体の圧力が、18バールと35バールとの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一次作動流体の温度が、170℃と210℃との間に含まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一次作動流体が、水蒸気と窒素とを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グリーンタイヤ(50)の前記内面を前記環状支持体(10)の前記外面に対して押圧する前記ステップが、該環状支持体(10)に接触する該タイヤの該内面に熱を伝達するために該環状支持体(10)を加熱する前記ステップの前に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グリーンタイヤ(50)の前記内面を前記環状支持体(10)の前記外面に対して押圧する前記ステップが、該環状支持体(10)に接触する該タイヤの該内面に熱を伝達するために該環状支持体(10)を加熱する前記ステップの後に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グリーンタイヤ(50)の前記内面を前記環状支持体(10)の前記外面に対して押圧する前記ステップが、該環状支持体(10)に接触する該タイヤの該内面に熱を伝達するために該環状支持体(10)を加熱する前記ステップと実質的に同時に行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グリーンタイヤ(50)のビード領域の外面に熱を伝達するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 車の車輪のタイヤを成形し硬化させる装置(101)であって、
成形キャビティ(104)内でグリーンタイヤ(50)を支持するように適合された環状支持体(10)を収容するように配置された気密加硫用金型(102)と、該環状支持体(10)を通して形成され該環状支持体(10)の外面に通じており、少なくとも1つの加圧一次作動流体を供給することにより、該加圧一次作動流体の該グリーンタイヤ(50)の内面に向う移動を可能にするように適合された少なくとも1つの通路装置と、該グリーンタイヤ(50)を該環状支持体(10)の該外面上に外側から内側に押圧するために、該加硫用金型(102)に関連付けられ、加圧二次作動流体を供給する供給装置と、該環状支持体(10)を加熱する加熱装置と、該グリーンタイヤ(50)に熱を伝達し該グリーンタイヤの加硫をもたらすように該一次作動流体を加熱する加熱装置と、を具備する装置。 - 加圧二次作動流体の前記供給装置が、少なくとも1つの供給ダクト(108)と1つの排出ダクト(109)とを備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記一次作動流体が、前記環状支持体(10)を加熱するように設計される、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記環状支持体(10)の前記加熱装置が、電気抵抗器を備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記気密金型(102)が、夫々基部(103A)と閉鎖部(103B)とに係合する下半部(102A)および上半部(102B)と、該2つの半部(102A、102B)の対向する面に配置された少なくとも1つの円周方向のシール(107)と、前記一次作動流体を放出するように意図された排出口に近接して配置された複数のシール(106)と、を備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 車の車輪のタイヤを成形し硬化させる装置であって、
成形キャビティ内でグリーンタイヤ(50)を支持するように適合された環状支持体(10)を収容するように配置された加硫用金型と、該環状支持体(10)を通して形成され該環状支持体(10)の外面に通じており、少なくとも1つの加圧一次作動流体を供給することにより、該加圧一次作動流体の該グリーンタイヤ(50)の内面に向う移動を可能にするように適合された少なくとも1つの通路装置と、該グリーンタイヤ(50)に熱を伝達し該グリーンタイヤの加硫をもたらすように該一次作動流体を加熱する加熱装置と、該環状支持体(10)を収容するように配置された気密装置(200)と、該グリーンタイヤ(50)を該環状支持体(10)の該外面上に外側から内側に押圧するために、該気密装置(200)に関連付けられ、加圧二次作動流体を供給する供給装置と、該環状支持体(10)を加熱する加熱装置と、を具備する装置。 - 前記気密装置(200)は、夫々基部(203A)と閉鎖部(203B)とに係合する下半部(202A)および上半部(202B)と、該2つの半部(202A、202B)の対向する面に配置された少なくとも1つの円周方向のシール(207)と、を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記加圧二次作動流体の前記供給装置が、該装置(200)内に、該二次作動流体を夫々供給しそこから排出する少なくとも1つの供給ダクト(208)と1つの排出ダクト(209)とを備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記気密装置(200)が、前記一次作動流体を供給する少なくとも1つのダクト(210)を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記環状支持体(10)の前記加熱装置が、電気抵抗器を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記気密装置(200)が、少なくとも、前記グリーンタイヤ(50)の外面に熱を伝達する加熱装置(250)を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱装置(250)が、電気抵抗器によって駆動される、請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記環状支持体(10)を加熱する加熱装置が、前記一次作動流体によって環状支持体(10)を加熱する、請求項22または24に記載の装置。
