Description
一端部の内周にその他端部側の内周寸法よりも大きい拡大部を有し、内部に前記スラッジを収容する第1の筒体と、
前記第1の筒体の拡大部に交換可能に配置され、前記第1の筒体とともに圧縮室を構成し、内周面が前記第1の筒体の内周と面一の第2の筒体と、
前記第1の筒体に収容した前記スラッジを前記圧縮室の一端部側へ加圧する加圧機構と、
前記圧縮室の一端部を開閉するゲート機構と
からなり、
前記第2の筒体の軸方向長さが、前記スラッジを圧縮して得られる圧縮スラッジの軸方向長さの略3/5倍以上であり、且つ、当該第2の筒体の少なくとも内周側が超硬合金で構成されていることを特徴とする(請求項1)。

Claims (7)
- 研削装置から排出される粉末状切粉、ヌープ硬度1950以上の硬さの砥粒及び水分/油分からなるスラッジを圧縮するための圧縮機であって、
一端部の内周にその他端部側の内周寸法よりも大きい拡大部を有し、内部に前記スラッジを収容する第1の筒体と、
前記第1の筒体の拡大部に交換可能に配置され、前記第1の筒体とともに圧縮室を構成し、内周面が前記第1の筒体の内周と面一の第2の筒体と、
前記第1の筒体に収容した前記スラッジを前記圧縮室の一端部側へ加圧する加圧機構と、
前記圧縮室の一端部を開閉するゲート機構と
からなり、
前記第2の筒体の軸方向長さが、前記スラッジを圧縮して得られる圧縮スラッジの軸方向長さの略3/5倍以上であり、且つ、当該第2の筒体の少なくとも内周側が超硬合金で構成されていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記第2の筒体の少なくとも内周側の硬さが、第1の筒体の内周側の硬さよりも硬い請求項1記載の圧縮機。
- 前記第2の筒体が、焼入硬化された外筒とその内周に嵌合された超硬合金からなる内筒とで構成されている請求項1記載の圧縮機。
- 前記内筒と外筒との嵌合面が、その径方向の寸法が第2の筒体の一端部側に向かって漸次小さくなるテーパ面である請求項3記載の圧縮機。
- 前記第2の筒体に、被圧縮物から排出される液体を圧縮室の外部に導く排液路を形成している請求項1記載の圧縮機。
- 前記第2の筒体が、端面どうしを突き合わせた状態で配置された複数個の筒状部材からなる請求項1記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ゲート機構が、圧縮室の一端部を開いた状態で、前記第2の筒体を第1の筒体に対して着脱可能な大きさのゲート空間を形成する請求項1記載の圧縮機。
