Description
(1) 表面の凹み深さが0.5μm以上1.4μm以下、凹み幅が1μm以上2.8μm以下であるとともに、JISZ8729で規定するb*が1.5未満であることを特徴とする2B仕上げ又は2D仕上げオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼板。
(2) 冷延鋼板を酸化性雰囲気で焼鈍する際に1000℃以上1200℃以下の温度領域において保持される時間が10秒以上40秒以下とし、焼鈍した鋼板を溶融アルカリ塩処理する際に、温度が440℃以上495℃以下である溶融アルカリ塩に2秒以上30秒以下浸漬させることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載のオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。
Claims (2)
- 表面の凹み深さが0.5μm以上1.4μm以下、凹み幅が1μm以上2.8μm以下であるとともに、JISZ8729で規定するb*が1.5未満であることを特徴とする2B仕上げ又は2D仕上げオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼板。
- 冷延鋼板を酸化性雰囲気で焼鈍する際に1000℃以上1200℃以下の温度領域において保持される時間が10秒以上40秒以下とし、焼鈍した鋼板を溶融アルカリ塩処理する際に、温度が440℃以上495℃以下である溶融アルカリ塩に2秒以上30秒以下浸漬させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。
