Description
(1)前記貫流ファンは前記樹脂母材の表面にステンレスをスパッタリングして前記皮膜を形成して成ること。
(2)前記貫流ファンは、軸方向に間隔を空けて複数設けられた円板と、前記円板の間に延び且つ前記円板の周縁に沿って多数設けられた羽根と、ゴム部材を介して前記円板の一つに取付けられたボスとを備え、前記円板及び前記羽根はその樹脂製母材の表面に前記ゴム部材をマスキングした状態でステンレスをスパッタリングして成ること。
(3)前記フィルタは当該フィルタの樹脂母材の少なくとも空気吸込み側の表面にステンレスをスパッタリングして成ること。
(4)前記スクロール部は、ステンレス板を樹脂スクロール部の風路側に重ね合わせて前記樹脂スクロール部との熱膨張差を吸収可能な構造で取付けたこと。
(5)前記吹出し口の風路面の少なくとも一面を構成する樹脂製母材の表面にステンレス皮膜を形成して成ること。
(6)、前記吹出し口を構成する露受皿の熱交換器から流下する凝縮水を受ける水受け面若しくは前記吹出し口を構成する部材の電気品取付け面に金属皮膜を形成しないこと。
(7)前記風向板は空気調和機運転時に前記吹出し口から吹出す風向を上下方向に変えると共に空気調和機停止時に前記吹出し口を閉じる上下風向板を備え、前記上下風向板は、ステンレス板を樹脂風向板の裏側に重ね合わせて前記樹脂風向板との熱膨張差を吸収可能な構造で取付けたこと。
Claims (8)
- 熱交換器と、前記熱交換器の上流に配置されたフィルタと、前記フィルタを通過した空気を前記熱交換器で熱交換するように送風する貫流ファンと、この貫流ファンからの気流を案内するスクロール部と、このスクロール部に連続して配置された吹出し口と、この吹出し口に配置された風向板とを備える空気調和機において、
前記貫流ファンは、繊維を混合した合成樹脂を射出して冷却硬化する射出成形により形成された樹脂母材と、前記樹脂母材の表面に生じた沢山の細孔による凹凸を平滑化するように当該樹脂母材の表面に形成された抗菌作用を有する皮膜とを備えることを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 請求項1において、前記貫流ファンは前記樹脂母材の表面にステンレスをスパッタリングして前記皮膜を形成して成ることを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 請求項2において、前記貫流ファンは、軸方向に間隔を空けて複数設けられた円板と、前記円板の間に延び且つ前記円板の周縁に沿って多数設けられた羽根と、ゴム部材を介して前記円板の一つに取付けられたボスとを備え、前記円板及び前記羽根はその樹脂製母材の表面に前記ゴム部材をマスキングした状態でステンレスをスパッタリングして成ることを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 請求項1または2において、前記フィルタは当該フィルタの樹脂母材の少なくとも空気吸込み側の表面にステンレスをスパッタリングして成ることを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 請求項1または2において、前記スクロール部は、ステンレス板を樹脂スクロール部の風路側に重ね合わせて前記樹脂スクロール部との熱膨張差を吸収可能な構造で取付けたことを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 請求項1または2において、前記吹出し口の風路面の少なくとも一面を構成する樹脂製母材の表面に金属皮膜を形成して成ることを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 請求項6において、前記吹出し口を構成する露受皿の熱交換器から流下する凝縮水を受ける水受け面若しくは前記吹出し口を構成する部材の電気品取付け面に金属皮膜を形成しないことを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 請求項1または2において、前記風向板は空気調和機運転時に前記吹出し口から吹出す風向を上下方向に変えると共に空気調和機停止時に前記吹出し口を閉じる上下風向板を備え、前記上下風向板は、ステンレス板を樹脂風向板の裏側に重ね合わせて前記樹脂風向板との熱膨張差を吸収可能な構造で取付けたことを特徴とする空気調和機。
