Claims (1)
- 一般式(CaO)x(Zr1−y・Tiy)O2(但し、x及びyは、モル換算で表され、0.98≦x≦1.05、0.01≦y≦0.10の範囲の数値)で表される基本成分100重量部に対して、MnCO3を2〜5重量部と、一般式aSiO2−bLi2O−cB2O3―dCaO−eBaO(但し、a〜eはモル換算)で表され、a乃至eの値がそれぞれ0.35≦a≦0.40、0.05≦b≦0.25、0.05≦c≦0.10、0.10≦d≦0.35、0.15≦e≦0.30の範囲で、且つbとcとの関係が0.9≦b/c、dとeとの関係が0.33≦d/e≦2.33(ただしa+b+c+d+e=1)のガラス成分を0.5〜5重量部とを含有するとともに、焼成後に周波数1MHzでQ値が8000以上となることを特徴とする誘電体磁器組成物。
