また、図27に示すように、組織培養や免疫分析に使用できるプラスチックプレート108であって、形態観察、吸光度測定、蛍光・発酵測定などの多目的に使用できるプラスチックプレート108が案出されている。このプラスチックプレート108は、試料を収容するための多数のウェル110が形成された肉厚0.5mm以下の透明樹脂からなっており、肉厚1.0mm以上のホルダ111で保持されるようになっている(特許文献6参照)。
また、図11に示すように、プラスチックプレート1の裏面1b側に形成する肉盗み部16は、図7乃至図10に示すような直線状の溝に限られずものではなく、例えば、平面形状が逆くの字形状の溝やその他の平面形状の溝であってもよい。また、図11に示す肉盗み部16を、プラスチックプレート1の表面1a側のウェル形成領域5にほぼ対応する範囲に形成し(図1参照)、周囲に額縁領域(溝が形成されたない領域)を残すようにしてもよい。また、図12に示すように、プラスチックプレート1の裏面1b側に形成する肉盗み部17は、プラスチックプレート1の表面1a側のウェル形成領域5にほぼ対応する範囲に(図1参照)、平面形状が略ハの字形状となるように多数形成された溝でもよく、周囲に額縁領域(溝が形成されたない領域)18を残すようにしてもよい。このような態様を採用する場合においても、表面1a側の全ウェル4の容積合計と裏面1b側の全肉盗み部17の容積合計がほぼ同様になるように形成し、プラスチックプレート1の表裏の射出成形後の収縮量を均等化する。
Claims (1)
- プレート部と、このプレート部の周囲を取り囲むように該プレート部に接続された枠状部と、を備えたプラスチックプレートであって、
前記プレート部の表面側に、分析対象となる試料を付着させる頂部を備えた微小な突起が複数形成され、
前記プレート部の裏面側に、前記突起と同様の形状の突起が複数形成され、
前記プレート部の板厚方向中央部に対して前記表面側と前記裏面側とで表裏対称形状に形成されたことを特徴とするプラスチックプレート。
