Claims (1)
- 軸受部を有する孔を備える回転部材と、
前記軸受部と嵌合可能な軸部を備え該軸部を前記軸受部に嵌合させることにより前記回転部材を回転自在に保持する固定部材と、
前記回転部材に固定され前記回転部材と一体に回転する変位部材と、
前記変位部材の変位を検出可能に前記固定部材に固定された検出手段と、
液体に浮かぶフロートと、
一端側に前記フロートが固定され且つ他端側が前記回転部材に固定され前記液体の液面の上下動に連動した前記フロートの上下動を前記回転部材の回転運動に変換するアームと、を備え、
前記液体を貯蔵する容器内に固定されて前記検出手段により検出された前記変位部材の位置に基づき前記液面位置を検出する液面検出装置であって、
前記軸受部と前記軸部との接触部分の面積の総和が前記軸受部と前記軸部とがその径方向に重なる部分の長さを軸方向長さとする円筒面の外周面積よりも小さく、
前記軸部および前記軸受け部の嵌合部において、前記軸部の外周面および前記軸受け部の内周面は単一円周面状に形成され、前記軸受け部の内周面あるいは前記軸部の外周面に複数の点状あるいは線状の突起部が形成され、
前記軸部および前記軸受け部は前記液体中に浸漬されることを特徴とする液面検出装置。
