Description
Claims (11)
- 静電フィルタ(2)の上流に位置し、この静電フィルタ(2)に向けて断面積が拡大する気体給入フード(8)と、
前記気体給入フード(8)に対してその中心軸に交差する方向に接続し、前記気体給入フード(8)に、前記静電フィルタ(2)を通過させる気体を導入する導入路(7)と、
前記気体に調整剤(20)を混合する混合装置(19)と、を備え、
前記気体給入フード(8)の断面積拡大部に少なくとも1つの流れ分配器(10)が備えられた静電フィルタ(2)の気体供給装置(3)であって、
第1の渦(16)を発生させる前部エッジを有する第1の渦装置(11)が前記導入路(7)に備えられるとともに、第2の渦(17)を発生させる前部エッジを有する第2の渦装置(12)が前記気体給入フード(8)のうち、前記気体の流れの方向に関して前記流れ分配器(10)の上流に備えられ、
前記混合装置(19)が、前記第1又は第2の渦装置(11,12)後方の渦領域において、前記気体に調整剤(20)を混合可能に備えられた気体供給装置(3)。 - 前記第1の渦装置(11)が、主流れの方向に関して前記導入路(7)の湾曲部(9)上流に備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気体供給装置。
- 前記第1の渦装置(11)が、前記導入路(7)の湾曲部外面(21)よりも湾曲部内面(22)に近接して備えられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の気体供給装置。
- 前記第1の渦装置(11)が、前記導入路(7)でその中心軸に対して傾斜させて備えられて、前記気体の流れ(5)に対する少なくとも1つの対向面(13)を有し、
前記導入路(7)において、前記対向面の前部エッジ(14)が湾曲部外面(21)の方向に向き、かつ後部エッジ(15)が湾曲部内面(22)の方向に向くことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の気体供給装置。 - 前記第2の渦装置(12)が、前記気体給入フード(8)の下部に備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の気体供給装置。
- 前記混合装置(19)が、前記第1の渦装置(11)の前部エッジ(14)後方で、前記第1の渦装置(11)に向けて開口することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の気体供給装置。
- 前記渦装置(11,12)が、前記前部エッジと、後部エッジとを有する、少なくとも1つの渦発生プレートを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の気体供給装置。
- 前記渦装置(11,12)が、流れの横断面に並べて備えられた複数の前記プレートを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の気体供給装置。
- 前記渦装置(11,12)が、相前後して段階的に配置された、連続する複数の前記プレートを備えることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の気体供給装置。
- 前記渦装置(11,12)が、互いに連結された複数の前記プレートからなるシステムを備えることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の気体供給装置。
- 静電フィルタ(2)と、
請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の気体供給装置(3)と、を含んで構成される静電フィルタ装置(1)。
