により算出することによって行われる。この場合、cはパラメータであり、このパラメータは単段式のトルク検出装置の場合には伝動装置の変速比領域全体にわたって1つの一定の値を有し、かつトルク検出装置の2段式の構成の場合には2つの値を有しており、両値の間では、予め規定された変速比において切換が行われる。単段式のトルク検出装置の場合でも、2段式のトルク検出装置の場合でも、このパラメータは大きな変速比領域にわたって一定となるので、この適応方法の場合に正確な変速比を知ることは必要にならない。変速比が規定の領域内に留まることが確保されるだけでよい。

Claims (10)
- クラッチと無段可変の変速比を有する伝動装置との間に配置された、検出されたトルクと、目下の伝動装置変速比とに関連した出力量を発生させるためのトルク検出装置を備えた、自動化された車両パワートレーンに配置されているクラッチにより伝達可能なトルクと、クラッチの操作装置を制御するための制御量との間の、電子制御装置にファイルされた関係を適応させるための方法において、目下の伝動装置変速比と前記出力量の値とから、クラッチにより伝達されたトルクを算出し、クラッチの伝達可能なトルクと伝達されたトルクとが等しくなるクラッチの操作状態において、伝達されたトルクを前記制御量に、更新された伝達可能なトルクとして対応させ、しかも出力信号がハイドロリック媒体圧であり、監視装置が設けられており、ハイドロリック媒体圧に影響を与える、トルクとは無関係の影響因子が存在する場合に前記監視装置によって適応が阻止可能であることを特徴とする、クラッチトルクを適応させるための方法。
- クラッチと無段可変の変速比を有する伝動装置との間に配置された、検出されたトルクと、目下の伝動装置変速比とに関連した出力量を発生させるためのトルク検出装置を備えた、自動化された車両パワートレーンに配置されているクラッチにより伝達可能なトルクと、クラッチの操作装置を制御するための制御量との間の、電子制御装置にファイルされた関係を適応させるための方法において、目下の伝動装置変速比と前記出力量の値とから、クラッチにより伝達されたトルクを算出し、クラッチの伝達可能なトルクと伝達されたトルクとが等しくなるクラッチの操作状態において、伝達されたトルクを前記制御量に、更新された伝達可能なトルクとして対応させ、しかも出力信号がハイドロリック媒体圧であり、伝動装置の、最大可能な変速比とは異なる変速比では、大きく開放されたクラッチにおいて測定された出力量値が、目標クラッチトルクに調節されたクラッチにおいて測定された値よりも下にある場合にしか適応を行わないことを特徴とする、クラッチトルクを適応させるための方法。
- 適応が行われる変速比が、伝動装置の最大可能な変速比である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 適応を、車両の停止状態またはクリープ状態で行う、請求項3記載の方法。
- 伝動装置が円錐形プーリ式巻掛け伝動装置であり、該円錐形プーリ式巻掛け伝動装置の出力側の円錐形プーリ対を適応の開始前および適応の間、巻掛け手段を押圧するための高められた圧力で負荷する、請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 伝動装置制御ユニットで適応の開始前および適応の間、最大可能な変速比よりも大きな変速比に相当する変速比目標値を活性化する、請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 伝動装置制御ユニットで適応の開始前および適応の間、高められた伝動装置入力目標回転数を活性化する、請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 伝動装置の、最大可能な変速比とは異なる変速比では、この変速比が実際に算出され得る場合にしか適応を行わない、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 自動化された車両パワートレーンにおけるクラッチの伝達可能なトルクを適応させるための装置であって、クラッチを介して、無段可変の変速比を有する伝動装置に結合された原動機と、伝動装置の入力トルクを検出するためのトルク検出装置とが設けられていて、該トルク検出装置が、トルクと伝動装置変速比とに関連した出力量を発生させるようになっている形式のものにおいて、当該装置が、制御量によってクラッチ操作装置を制御するための電子制御装置を有しており、該電子制御装置に、クラッチにより伝達可能な目標トルクを制御量に関連して表す特性線がファイルされており、前記電子制御装置が、請求項1記載の方法に対応して前記特性線を適応させるために形成されていることを特徴とする、クラッチトルクを適応させるための装置。
- 自動化された車両パワートレーンにおけるクラッチの伝達可能なトルクを適応させるための装置であって、クラッチを介して、無段可変の変速比を有する伝動装置に結合された原動機と、伝動装置の入力トルクを検出するためのトルク検出装置とが設けられていて、該トルク検出装置が、トルクと伝動装置変速比とに関連した出力量を発生させるようになっている形式のものにおいて、当該装置が、制御量によってクラッチ操作装置を制御するための電子制御装置を有しており、該電子制御装置に、クラッチにより伝達可能な目標トルクを制御量に関連して表す特性線がファイルされており、前記電子制御装置が、請求項2項記載の方法に対応して前記特性線を適応させるために形成されていることを特徴とする、クラッチトルクを適応させるための装置。
