Description
本実施形態における減衰材料は、汎用樹脂に(A)ジフェニルアクリレート基を有する化合物及び(B)ベンゾトリアゾール基を有する化合物の各成分を含有している。
・ この実施形態の減衰材料では、(A)及び(B)成分を含有している。このように構成した場合、エネルギー変換効率に対する相乗効果、すなわち減衰性能の向上に対する相乗効果が得られる。従って、使用温度領域における減衰性能を容易に向上させることができる。
(実施例1〜11、比較例1〜3)
表1に示す各成分を熱ロールにて、170℃、15分の条件で各成分を混練することにより、原料組成物を調製し、プレス機によって成形することによってシート状の減衰材料(厚さ1.0mm)を調製した。得られた減衰材料を35mm×5mmの寸法に切断し、動的粘弾性測定用の試験片とした。
(動的粘弾性の測定)
動的粘弾性測定装置(RSA−II:レオメトリック社製)を用いて各例の試験片を加振しながら連続的に昇温した際の損失正接(tanδ)を測定した。測定条件は、加振の周波数10Hz、測定温度範囲−60℃〜+60℃、昇温速度5℃/minとした。各例の測定結果を表1に示す。また、実施例3、比較例2及び比較例3における温度とtanδとの関係を図1に示す。なお、表1に示す積分値は、温度とtanδとの関係を示す曲線において、−40℃〜+40℃の温度範囲での積分値を示し、その積分値が高いほど使用温度領域(−40℃〜+40℃)において減衰性能が優れることを示す。

表1及び図1に示すように、各実施例ではtanδのピーク値が0.41以上、かつ積分値が14.2以上であり、使用温度領域において優れた減衰性能が発揮されることがわかる。比較例2及び比較例3では(A)及び(B)成分のいずれか一方が含有されている。これら比較例2及び比較例3よりも実施例3のtanδ及び積分値が高くなっており、(A)及び(B)成分を含有させることによって、相乗効果が得られることがわかる。
Claims (7)
- 汎用樹脂に(A)ジフェニルアクリレート基を有する化合物及び(B)ベンゾトリアゾール基を有する化合物の各成分を含有してなる減衰材料。
- 前記(A)成分として、エチル−2−シアノ−3,3−ジフェニルアクリレートを含有してなる請求項1に記載の減衰材料。
- 前記(B)成分として、2−[2′−ハイドロキシ−3′−(3″,4″,5″,6″−テトラハイドロフタルイミドメチル)−5′−メチルフェニル]ベンゾトリアゾールを含有してなる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の減衰材料。
- 前記(B)成分として、2−(2′−ハイドロキシ−5′−メチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾールを含有してなる請求項3に記載の減衰材料。
- 前記汎用樹脂、(A)成分及び(B)成分の合計100重量部のうち、(A)成分及び(B)成分の合計含有量が2〜20重量部である請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の減衰材料。
- 前記(A)成分と(B)成分との重量比が7:3〜1:9である請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の減衰材料。
- 前記汎用樹脂は、エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体である請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の減衰材料。
