modellieren」と題された記事が参照可能である。この参考資料には、咬合用歯科修復物を製作する方法が記載されている。まず鋳造構造体を不透明なライナの2層で覆ってから、咬合歯と咬合接触し、かつ隣接歯と近遠心接触するまでワックスアップする。ワックス部分にスプルーを取り付けて修復物を耐火材に埋没させ、歯色のガラスセラミックを金属下部構造体上にプレスする。金属は性質上半透明ではないので、半透明のガラスセラミックの外側を介してきらめく。この結果、審美性の低い修復物となる。

Uggowitzer; vdf Hochschulverlag AG, ETH Zurich; Zurich (1998) 165-189 に掲載されたFilserらによる「セラミックの直接機械加工によるオールセラミック歯科ブリッジ」(All-Ceramic Dental Bridges by Direct Ceramic Machining (DCM) )と題された記事が参照可能である。ジルコニア構造体はスラブ連鋳または加工によって生成可能である。ジルコニアは不透明であるため、歯色の歯科用ガラスが用いられることによって、適切で自然な審美性を有するジルコニア床となる。
Quintessenz Zahntech. 28(2) (2002), 150-158の中で、コーデントクラウン (Cordent
crown) について説明している。このクラウンは、直接、クラウンショルダを含む象牙質全形を模ってAGC ガルバノイエローキャップを作り、耐火材に埋没させ、セラミックをプレスしてから模型を取り出した後、焼成物の表面を削ってつやを出すことによって製作される。黄色い金属の被せ物は、咬合および縁部付近において深いオレンジ色のよい色になると言われている。Cornelissenは、コーデントクラウンがオールセラミックシステムの利点とメタルセラミックシステムの利点とを併せ持つことを記載している。
Luthy、審美歯科のCAD/CIM、Quintessenz, Chicago, (1996), 299ffに説明されている。使用するジルコニアは、高い強度を有しており、単一修復物における支持構造体にも、3〜4歯に及ぶブリッジなどのより大きい構造体にも、使用可能である。

クラウン、部分被覆クラウンまたはブリッジなどのジルコニア上部構造体を上からプレスするに適する低膨張ガラスまたはガラスセラミック材を作製した。これらに対して、粉末状の金属酸化物または炭酸塩または硝酸塩を適切な比率で配合して、4混合物を作成する。配合した粉末を溶かして、ガラス融液を形成した後、当業者に公知の手段で、冷却して乾燥してから、ボールミルしてふるう(表1の最終組成物参照)。

Claims (10)
- フルセラミック歯科修復物の製作方法であって、イットリアをドープした正方晶ジルコニア(YTZP)からなる、全体的または部分的に支持する構造体の上に、歯色のプレスガラスをヒートプレスすることを含み、前記イットリア含有正方晶ジルコニアセラミックは、線インターセプト法によって測定される粒径が0.6μm未満であり、前記プレスガラスの熱膨張係数(TEC)が、9.0〜11.0μm/m.K(25〜500℃の範囲で測定)であり、前記プレスガラスのプレス温度は750〜1000℃であるフルセラミック歯科修復物の製作方法であって、前記プレスガラスは、7〜15重量パーセントのAl 2 O 3 ,13〜23重量パーセントの(K 2 O+Na 2 O)、1〜3重量パーセントの(BaO+CaO)、1〜3重量パーセントの(Sb 2 O 3 +Li 2 O)、および0.2〜1.2重量パーセントのFから成り、SiO 2 と着色剤とが配合されてバランスが保たれる化学組成を有することを特徴とする前記歯科修復物の製作方法。
- 前記支持構造体がCAD/CAM技術によって高密度に焼結したセラミックを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 未焼結の状態または部分的に焼結した状態で、CAD/CAMシステムによって前記セラミックを加工した後、充分に焼結することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 熱間静水圧的に断続的にプレスされたジルコニアから前記支持構造体を加工することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- スラリからのジルコニアの電気泳動堆積によって、前記支持構造体を形成した後、充分に焼結することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造体は、0.5〜2mmだけ短くしておき、前記プレスガラスは、マージンにコアが見えることなく、審美的に好ましいショルダを形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ジルコニア支持構造体上に、融点が前記プレスガラスのプレス温度よりも50℃未満低いライナを塗布することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プレスペレット収納容器および試験品に接続するコネクタが1.5〜2.5mm厚の連続したフロープレートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- フルセラミック歯科修復物であって、イットリアをドープした正方晶ジルコニア(YTZP)からなる、全体的または部分的に支持する構造体と、ヒートプレスした歯色のプレスガラスとを有し、咬合歯と咬合接触し、かつ隣接歯と近遠心接触するように模られることを特徴とするフルセラミック歯科修復物であって、前記イットリア含有正方晶ジルコニアセラミックは、線インターセプト法によって測定される粒径が0.6μm未満であり、前記プレスガラスの熱膨張係数(TEC)が、9.0〜11.0μm/m.K(25〜500℃の範囲で測定)であり、前記プレスガラスは7〜15重量パーセントのAl 2 O 3 、13〜23重量パーセントの(K 2 O+Na 2 O)、1〜3重量パーセントの(BaO+CaO)、1〜3重量パーセントの(Sb 2 O 3 +Li 2 O)、および0.2〜1.2重量パーセントのFから成り、SiO 2 と着色剤とが配合されてバランスが保たれる化学組成を有することを特徴とするフルセラミック歯科修復物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られる請求項9記載のフルセラミック歯科修復物。
