Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA RESTAURAçãO DENTAL TOTALMENTE EM CERâMICA, E, RESTAURAçãO DENTAL TOTALMENTE EM CERâMICA". A invenção atual refere-se a um processo para a preparação de uma restauração dental totalmente em cerâmica, compreendendo a compressão térmica de um vidro colorido de compressão de dente em uma estrutura de suporte total ou parcial de zircónia tetragonal dopada com ítria (YTZP), composta de cerâmica de zircónia tetragonal dopada com ítria, tendo um tamanho de grão, conforme medido pelo método de intersecção linear, menor do que 0,6 micrómetros, onde o vidro de compressão tem um coeficiente de expansão térmica (TEC) entre 9,0 e 11,0 micrómetros/m.K. (medido na faixa de 25 a 500<198>C) e onde o vidro de compressão tem uma temperatura de compressão entre 750 e 1.000<198>C. Em outro aspecto, a invenção refere-se a uma restauração dental totalmente em cerâmica, compreendendo uma estrutura de suporte parcial ou total de zircónia tetragonal dopada com ítria (YTZP) e um vidro de compressão colorido de dente prensado a quente, cuja restauração é modelada para estar em contato oclusivo com o dente oposto e em contato mesio-distal com os dentes vizinhos.
