Claims (5)
- 被加工物(14)に孔及び/又は溝を形成するために、型板(12)に携帯型切削機械(10)を一時的に固定する装置であって、
前記型板(12)の開口部(16)の内径に対応する外径を有する管状のハブ(30)を備える案内スリーブ(20)を備え、
前記ハブ(30)の前端に、前記案内スリーブ(20)を中に挿入する際に前記開口部(16)の対応する溝(18)と適合し、前記型板(12)に対して前記案内スリーブ(20)を部分的に回転したときに前記型板(12)の内面に係止するように構成され且つ配置される放射状に延びた突部(24)を有し、
前記ハブ(30)の後端に、前記切削機械(10)の鼻部(38)に取り付けられた管状のアダプタソケット(34)が連結され、
前記アダプタソケット(34)に取り付けられて該アダプタソケット(34)に対して軸方向に移動すると共に、前記型板(12)の外面と係合する前端面を有するテンションユニット(40,42,46,48)を備える装置。 - 前記テンションユニットが、ねじ切り結合によって前記アダプタソケット(34)に軸方向に移動可能に取り付けられるテンションリング(40)と、前記型板(12)の外面に対して当接するように構成され且つ中間軸受(48)によって前記テンションリング(40)に対して回転可能に且つ軸方向に支持される圧力板(46)と、を備え、その結果、前記圧力板(46)が回転不能に前記型板の外面と係合し、この状態で、前記テンションリング(40)が前記アダプタソケット(34)及び前記圧力板(46)に対して回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハブ(30)の後端に基板(32)を設け、前記案内スリーブ(20)の前記ハブ(30)が、前記基板(32)とねじ継手(36)によって前記アダプタソケット(34)に着脱可能に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記テンションリング(40)が、前記アダプタソケット(34)に対して該テンションリング(40)を回転するための翼部(42)を備えている特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力板(46)には、ボールジョイントによって個別に揺動可能に設けられた少なくとも3つの圧力部材を備え、前記型板の前記外面の傾斜に対して自動的に調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の装置。
