Description
Claims (10)
- 携帯用オービタルボール盤(44)を使用して加工物(42)に種々の寸法及び形態の孔(52a−d)を形成する方法であって、
前記加工物(42)は、それに取り付けられた、テンプレート(10)を有しており、該テンプレートは、加工物に形成される孔の位置に対応したパターンで位置付けされた、予め形成された、ガイド孔(12−40)を、備えており、
a)それぞれのガイド孔(12−40)の識別情報を含んでいる読み取り可能な情報媒体(12i−40i)を有する各ガイド孔(12−40)を提供するステップと、
b)テンプレートのガイド孔にオービタルボール盤を固定したときに、それぞれの情報媒体(12i−40i)を検知することによって、ボール盤がどのガイド孔に固定されたかを識別するステップと、
c)そのガイド孔に固定されたボール盤によって加工物に形成される孔の、関連処理及び寸法パラメータを含んでいる孔データベース(48)に、検知したガイド孔識別情報を送信するステップと、
d)孔データベース(48)と通じている制御ユニット(50)によって、ボール盤(44)に、ボール盤の識別された位置と関連した孔切削処理を加工物にて実行するよう指示するステップと、
e)全ての孔の形成を完了させるために、上記ステップb)−d)を連続して繰り返すステップと、を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 所定の寸法パラメータからのズレを明確にするために、形成された孔(52a−d)の管理測定を実行する追加ステップを備えている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 加工物(42)に種々の寸法及び形態の孔(52a−d)を形成するためのシステムであって、
回転切削工具(45)を有し、且つ、テンプレート(10)の予め形成されたガイド孔(12−40)に取り外し可能に固定されるように構成された、携帯用オービタルボール盤(44)を備えており、
テンプレート(10)は、テンプレートのガイド孔が、加工物に形成される孔(52a−d)の位置に対応したパターンで位置付けされるように、加工物(42)に取り付けられ、
システムが、
個々に読み取り可能な情報媒体(12i−40i)と、センサー(47)と、制御ユニット(50)と、を備えており、
情報媒体(12i−40i)は、関連孔識別情報を含んでおり、テンプレート(10)のガイド孔(12−40)の各々に割り当てられ、且つ、その各々と近接して取り付けられており、
センサー(47)は、ボール盤(44)に取り付けられており、テンプレートのガイド孔にボール盤を固定したときに、それぞれのガイド孔(12−40)の情報媒体(12i−40i)を検知し、且つ、それらの関連情報を孔データベース(48)に送信するように、構成されており、
制御ユニット(50)は、形成される孔と関連した孔処理データを孔データベース(48)から受け取るように構成されており、且つ、それに応じて加工物に所定の孔(52a−d)を形成するために、関連した孔切削処理を加工物(42)に実行するように、ボール盤(44)に指示するよう、構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 読み取り可能な情報媒体(12i−40i)が、RFIDチップを具備している、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 読み取り可能な情報媒体が、ピンコードタグを具備している、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 読み取り可能な情報媒体が、カラーマークを具備している、請求項3記載のシステム。
- センサー(47)が、情報媒体(12i−40i)に接触することなく、当該情報媒体(12i−40i)を検知するように構成されたアンテナを、具備している、請求項3〜6のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- センサー(47)が、無線接続を通して、検知された関連孔識別情報を孔データベース(48)に送信するよう構成されている、請求項7記載のシステム
- 制御ユニット(50)が、ボール盤(44)と一体である、請求項3〜8のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 制御ユニット(50)が、ケーブル装置によってボール盤(44)に接続された、外部ユニットである、請求項3〜8のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
